I'm suspecting my girlfriend having have got bipolar disorder, her reaction can be extremely erratic and irrational. She can be so lost and angery and when she calms down - she feels really tired, she is losing sleep. She said it wasn't her and she suspect herself that she has some mental problem. Is that Possible for a person to know she has a mental problem?! And once in a while she feels like she can overcome everything-almost at least. I really wanna help her but I don't know how. She wants help too but other of us don't know where can we get help....
