I like this topic. Scary how hard it is to come up with stuff though. Well, here's what i got: Checked into a 'healthy' B&B today. Organic, gluten free, dairy free and OMG - NO WIFI! (I snuck out to the McDonalds for the last hour). Really, honest, I only had a salad. Spicy Thai. now I'm coming up to my self imposed, 'never managed to stick to' quota of 1 hour max/day on the Internet. So I gotta go. Well, that and I've got a reeeeeally bad chocolate craving!

How about the sitcom "Two and a half men?" That show is hilarious! Whoever came up with it knows his way around the mind.

He was on tv in Aus and he was the only guy to make me laugh too. I can't remember which tv channel he was on - just waiting for hubby to remember and I'll let you know

Eta, we think it was on ABC at 7-7.30pm.

I love this thread! It's so inspiring, even if these are small things to everyone else, for me it's huge to do something actually productive!
I'm gonna cook a nice lunch for me Later I'll go shopping with my boyfriend. Meanwhile I'll watch a good movie
Have a nice day my friends Hugs

I can't believe this *silly* thread of mine is still going...

Well, I'm glad you all are enjoying it. Thanks for posting, and good job everyone!

Yesterday: Went for a long bike ride, and made a healthy meal.
Gave away a bottle of wine (received as a Christmas present) to a neighbor.

good job!

Sometimes letting myself scream in my car (alone) or in my pillow is an option for me. Hope that's not indulging my BPD.

Niiice! I swear boxing for borderlines should be on DVD or something. It's exactly what we need (along with some yoga to balance us out!).

I worked out (as much as I could with kids around), got back to better eating habits and spent time with my kids (yah, that last one's for me too, 'cause when I lose the bond with them, I get reeeeally depressed, and also they act up a lot more too).
