chocolate chips, sugar, butter and sweetened condensed milk all boiled together, put in a pan, cooled and then cut up. yum!

![]() Well, I'm glad you all are enjoying it. Thanks for posting, and good job everyone! Yesterday: Went for a long bike ride, and made a healthy meal. Gave away a bottle of wine (received as a Christmas present) to a neighbor.

Made french onion soup and fruit smoothie.
Went to a kick boxing class at the gym. Felt great to get out.

I worked out (as much as I could with kids around), got back to better eating habits and spent time with my kids (yah, that last one's for me too, 'cause when I lose the bond with them, I get reeeeally depressed, and also they act up a lot more too).
