I'm still pretty new on here but I thought that I would join the Daily Check list. To give people on here a chance to get to know me a little better. I start actual therapy work with my in home therapist this week. My intake/initial apt last week took an hour and a half and it left me feeling *****y and drained for two days. I see my T on Tuesday. Wish me luck. Tonight my mood is fine.

Woke up and felt off. Slept poorly because day two of no meds from a very quick doc prescribed wean off. I think it was too fast of a wean. Electric shocks in my head and it wasnt even an SSRI drug. Kids fought and yelled and I was so irritated I had to keep locking myself in the bathroom to scream into a towel. Then after i cried a while and felt better felt giddy and decided to clean the kitchen top to bottom. Rest of the day just tired and depressed. Everything is a trigger today. :/

Those electric shocks are awful right? I used to get them using a particular drug but am happy to say I don't get them anymore! I used to hear really loud gun shots and explosions too!

Hope you are feeling better today

Cleaned the house top to bottom again this morning in prep for mother-in-law visit. The one thing she can't question now is my cleanliness Gonna take a shower do my make up, get dressed and try to look nice for her. Another 4 hours and she will be here

Weekend was 99% great, 1% not as great so I give it a 9/10 stars.
Got my first tattoo, a goal I've had for some time now, that feels good. Made it through the weekend, paid bills and even managed NOT to spend the rest of my check for once.
Thanks for this!

I'm doing great today except for obsessing over looking at my slowly healing tattoo.. it's at the flaking stage and I have an obsession with peeling and flaking stuff and I'm fighting myself not to mess with it >.< I know this is trivial compared to other peoples issues but hey it's what I'm dealing with
