Soooo doing a 5 mile walk on Labor Day seems to have brought up a recurrence of plantar fasciitis (a really painful foot issue; it feels like an ice pick jabbing into the front of my heel every time I take a step. I first developed it at work--kind of an occupational hazard.) It was certainly fun working on my feet for 12 hours today...about as fun as a kick to the face with a steel-toed boot. ARGH!

Feeling kind of manic from this morning. Didn't take the bus but drove all the way to work today and wow did that feel good. I feel so independent again!

Done the household chores, walked the dogs, bought a friends child a birthday gift and popped to shopping market! Now home in my pj's.
Over all an ok day with stable mood

Off work today and hubby has gone golfing leaving me alone at home and don't want to be alone right now. Feeling a bit sucky and a little low. Feel bad about last night and acting out a bit infront of ppl.

Getting to the point of feeling like I can't be bothered with things. Especially women at the moment. no, it's not due to anyone you all would know. So whoever you are, stopthinking that.

Getting ready to go to group for two hours, then quickly home for a few minutes then to school to pick up one son then home for 45 min then back out to pick up another son.. it will be LOTS of walking in the sun today and the heat/sun is not my friend *shudders* ... some def shaking from med weaning and over-all malaise but Hey.... could be worse *waves good morning*
