My mom finally said that I can go back to therapy. And now all of a sudden, she changed her mind! What is up with that!?!?!?!?! She said, ''You don't need to go see a therapist, I'll be your therapist''. She's not even a therapist!!! She's making me feel more depressed. After I thought I was finally going to get the help that I need, my mom switches up on me!! That's not right or fair!! I give up. It's hopeless. I'm so depressed right now...

Got the DVD from Red-box back, late, per-usual. Sir(cat) and I are not speaking right now. I got tired of the neediness and kept dumping him off my lap so now he is giving me the evil eye from his window seat. It's strange he can sleep for hours on end on my lap, now he sits there and stares very balefully and makes me feel guiltily!

Saw pdoc this past Thursday and he upped my zoloft. Hopefully it helps soon. I woke up very depressed this morning, and I'm not sure why. Usually I'm in an ok mood on weekends since I don't have to go to work. It is going to be a long day....

Migraine today & not sure why. Maybe I pushed myself too hard yesterday. Seems like if I commit to more than a couple of things on my day off, I pay for it later. Thankfully, Vicodin & Flexeril are my friends.

I survived yesterday and am in a much better mood this morning. I'm a little bummed that my H had to go into work, but he said he would be home by noon. Here's hoping for a good and productive day....
