I think I am on the upswing. Feeling less fear at this time and trying to put my past behind me finally and move on. Baby steps.

I sought counselling through the rough times (unemployment). Now, I need to push myself not to just settle for simply being employed. If I sit on this one job as my only solution, I will go no further. The company will be closing within the year, so using this job for presentt income support, I have to push forward and try to find something better to move on to.

I'm sort of okay. My neck is sore from spinal degeneration. I'm not depressed.
I have anxiety, but is seems manageable.

I managed to get paperwork mailed to SSA. Awfully hot weather. I feel weak. I just realized I forgot to eat today.

Got up yesterday at 5pm after 7 hours of sleep, not sure when I will sleep. My T said I have a sleep phobia, but you have to sleep, or you go crazy, so I'm not sure it is a real phobia. I just don't like the dreams. So I'm hanging on.
