I'm going through a range of them at the moment.

Tearful, angry, irritable, bored, unmotivated, irritable, irritable, moody, sad, did I mention irritable?

Just wanted to vent.

I can relate. That was my day yesterday. Today is going much better.

Thanks Kalamity. It is night time for me, so in a way that is good - hopefully I can sleep this all off! Hoping I will be able to sleep that is.

i can relate as well i feel bored,irritable,mad,sad,angry.i guess the best thing is to feel it and ackknowledge it and releash it somehow. Unexplained emotions

Yes, you made a very good point that some release may come from feeling and acknowledging.
