its been defined now. im stuck in an annual cycle of my life falling apart. in the last 3 weeks ive lost my best relationship gf, my band split up and i started SI'ing again.. im gonna lose my friend for the 5th or 6th time again.. it already started.. they were all planning on going out somewhere and said they would invite me, but my ex was there and they felt bad for her so they didnt invite me.. its how it always starts... and my band was the only thing keeping my spirits up and now all i have is a damaged guitar, no band and im alone..
why does this keep happening to me :'(

Hello I am sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time at this time. There are support groups that may can help you at thie time, nAMI and DBSA both can help you at this time. I hope you talk to your theraopist about what is happening at this time so that your mental health can stay safe during this depressing time. Take care Soidhonia

Hi ((tango))

Oh dear you've really had a really rotten couple of weeks!! *hugs* I am so sorry for all you're going through - and I can understand how that could drive a person to restart SIng. useless I very highly doubt that it has anything to do with you, and it isn't your fault for all this bad stuff happening.

Why do you call it an "annual cycle" of your life falling apart? Does this happen every year about this time?

I don't know how to be helpful -- but I do know that if you can find someone to talk to in real life that can help a lot.

*hugs* please take care of yourself.
