looks like thats going to be my weekend. my husbands dead and everyone is taking advantage of me. the auto mechanic, the internet cable idiot, the stupid tree cutter and now the guy that Ive been seeing for a year tells me he was just using me for sex. I thought he was my boyfriend. I have no money, and every stupid guy that sees me coming tries to use me or rip me off. This never would have happened if myhusband was alive. I cant stop crying and Im having chest pains and I cant even take a tranquilizer becasue I keep throwing up. And not that you guys arent great but i dont even have a real life person I can tell. I hate myself for being such a wimp. I cant do all these things.

Sounds like you are overwhelmed for sure puking and crying (((((hugs))))

I think you might be right that you need someone IRL to help you. Maybe by beginning with a T, he/she could help you feel good enough about yourself to help you find others to help you.

You need to try and calm down. I'm sorry you are alone. It isn't a good feeling at times, I know.

IDK if you are able to do some CBT, but there is a sticky post at the top of psychotherapy forum... and when you are up to it, read through it a few times. I'm sorry things feel so horrible right now. Those are feelings. You can feel better soon, I hope. TC

((((wechoose)))))))
I can relate to you on some of this. My husband died 6 yrs ago. And I know if my husband was alive I would not be going thru some of the things I have went through. Sometimes I get mad at him for dying and leaving me to face these issues alone. It's certainly isn't easy when you are alone...trying to do it all.

I think it would be good for you to find a support group or find a friend that you can get help and comfort from. It would help you tremendously.

I am sorry you are going thru this and at anytime you want to talk...pm me....
Take care,
Snow

It sounds as if life is overwhelming for you right now. I agree with Skye, please try to find a counselor. Sliding scale often is available through the country or city mental health department or through United Way privately financed charities.
