I want to post a lengthy post, but I don't have the time any more to be on here as much as I used to be... Grrrrrrr.......
![]() Bottom line? I am suffering. I don't feel good about myself, I am struggling with my new job, I feel very insecure overall right now, I am 15 lbs. heavier than I usually am, and I am just having trouble all around. When I am around my friends lately, I am not my usual lighthearted, fun-loving self. I am trying to use the "fake it til you make it" routine, but does that even work? |

I try to think of any positives I can hold onto each morning, but it's not helping me to feel much better. And, yeah, part of it is the new job, but it's also my weight too. Stress really does wear on a person. |
