Feeling down today but we have company coming Tuesday so I feel some pressure to get the house cleaned up. Today I will work on that and take frequent breaks where I go float and work on my LOA course.

Unable to do anything. I will push myself to clean litter boxes and that's it. I have zero energy today. I tried sleeping extra and that didn't help. I don't know if I need more coffee or what. Maybe my diet is lacking something. Not sure what is wrong with me. Hope all of you are doing well today.

I ordered groceries today. Got lots of vegetables. Hope that helps with my energy issues. I also cleaned litter boxes, did art and took out the trash. I need to take my insulin and then I am done for the day. I plan on sleeping and coloring in bed. I am tired. Hope everyone is well today!

Hi Deilla, it can be useful to take a vitamin and mineral tablet every day. But it can be useful to go through your meal-plan as well to see if there is some stuff you think you lack.

I am sure you know that both high and low blood glucose can make you very tired. Any kind of physical sickness or enormous stress will rise your blood glucose as well. Please contact a doctor if you find that you have too high levels of blood glucose for some days. That can mean an infection of some sort that needs to be medicated.

Of course you know that depression in itself can cause tiredness from time to time.

Hope you find out what is the matter and becomes better soon!

I am fine on vacation, tired but fine! I try to accept that my energy level is not of the best. I had wanted to do more (like museums of different kinds, may be a concert or two), but since I have to rest more than usual I keep it low, walk around and taste different foods, take a taxi if there is something extra I want to see and relax or read in a beautiful park near the hotel. In that way I experience "things" and at the same time have the opportunity to get back to the hotel for a rest if needed!

I have parked the mindfulness training for the vacation, but still try to be in the here and now and to enjoy the moments the way they are.

Thanks @Singer47 for the links. I'm very interested in what I can do to boost my energy levels. This morning started off well but then I wore out soon Took a couple of naps and this afternoon I am done for. I still have more work to do. And I've been busy all day with art (I'm selling images now) and housework. I will try a break for a while then get back at it. Hope everyone is doing well today!

Hi again, when one lacks vitamins it can take a while to get the level back to normal. Two years ago my GP found a lack in one of the B-vitamins. It took more than three months to get it up to a normal level and then to get off the vitamin pill. It is always a good idea to eat healthy, but sometimes the best is to let the GP measure the vitamins in the body and make a prescription to put on a quicker rise if that is necessary.

Have more energy today. I slept well for a change. So far I have cleaned litter boxes, done a load of laundry, washed dishes, worked on art and cleaned up some in my kitchen. Later I hope to play piano and open packages. That should be enough for one day. Hope everyone is well!

Finally got a shower. Yay me! I am tired now. I think I will rest. I didn't get to open packages or play piano. Just no more energy. I'll save that for tomorrow. Sometimes I wish I had help. I have medication to get next.

Have been feeling productive and motivated lately. I just had to break the inertia. Cleaned and streamlined the litter boxes down to one, grocery shopped, finished the den and kitchen, enjoyed beautiful, cloudless sky, sunny weather to float and enjoyed a movie with friends last night...The Lion King.

Tonight, I’m going to continue my LOA course which I am thoroughly enjoying and practice my visualization techniques. I still need to take the trash to the curb also.

Tomorrow, I will start on the dining room and baths, go to therapy and enjoy floating on another beautiful day.

Yesterday was a very hard day emotionally. It wore me down. Today I want to recover and be nice to myself. The only work I will do is clean litter boxes. I'll work on my art too and try to be positive about it. I had a big rejection on my artwork as well yesterday. That made everything worse. Today will be a day of gratitude and kindness. Hope you all are doing well!

I am satisfied with my vacation. The weather was good. Good food (almost too good), nice hotel, beautiful surroundings. Much to see in the town I stayed. I missed the concerts (but, so it is when one's health is not the best. One has to choose). I was able to visit one museum (happy for the ability to do that). I took my daily walk in the park.

So I am home again. I am tired after the travel (ca 10 hours). It is very hot here. Hot weather often gives me depression. One of my family-members has become sick. I have not decided if I am to visit today or to morrow. I need to visit the grocery store today. It is too hot to take my daily walk, so except the trip to the grocery shop and perhaps the visit to the sick one, I will stay inside with the curtains down (to keep the heat out). I will try to unpack ...

I had planned to have one week of vacation in my hometown after homecoming, but that has to wait until the worst heat has gone.

May you all be well and hopefully enjoy your weekend!

I am sick and depressed today. I forgot my meds last night. I'm sure that didn't help. I cleaned litter boxes this morning then went back to bed. I think I will sleep for the rest of the day. If I don't sleep, I may read.

All is quiet on the homefront. When I’m not floating at the pool, I am checking items off my to do list. The depression is letting up right now and I’m able to get some things done. I finished my LOA course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tomorrow my plans are:

1. Wash/vacuum my car.
2. Finish cleaning the kitchen.
3. Clean the dining room.
4. Float in the pool.
5. Grocery Shop.
6. Prep for a busy week ahead.

I'm feeling much better today. I've done two art projects so far. One I had started on yesterday. I have pretty good energy. I plan to clean litter boxes, open packages and pick up in the living room. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

Not feeling much emotionally today. I'm just tired. I plan to clean litter boxes and do some light housework. Nothing major. I need sleep. Hopefully I can get 4 hours today. Hope everyone is doing well!

I am not walking anymore because it's too hot. But, I'm still doing chores. 1. water the plants outside- we have an orchard and vegetables 2. vacuum 3. study

I was very low energy today mentally and physically. I ended up resting most of the day. I didn’t even go float in this beautiful weather. I’ll try to finish the kitchen tonight at least. I started taking a Byron Katie course today and I had a session with my life coach so there is that.

Tomorrow my plans are:

1. Participate in water aerobics
2. Wash/Vacuum my car
3. Sell some books
4. Make prayer beads at church
5. Float if weather cooperates

Some of my plans for tomorrow:

- Up 08:00
- Eat healthy breakfast
- Walk 20 to 30 minutes
- Shop bread, banana, meds for dia + a new for the eyes
- Lunch
- Rest a bit
- Unpack what is still not unpacked
- Mindfulness training
- Remember to make dinner
- Rest
