Backslided into some depression. I thought it was nearly gone, but I guess I got a reminder that it wasn't quite "nearly."

I don feel so good I can't sleep and bene crying all night no one wants me or loves me, I am all alone and its my fault.

Need to eat fewer sweets and fatty foods.

I woke up around 4AM this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. Except that I got a bit drowsy around 5 but I had to get up by 5:45. Waking up at 4 and not getting back to sleep has been happening to me a lot lately.

My mind is in a whirl about the trip. It's tomorrow! I can't believe it's almost here! I feel good some moments and then I feel bad - by catastrophing. I recalled that I did that last year on my trip. Everything went well on that trip. There are times I feel like I want to cancel because I feel like I don't know what I'm doing.

I had posted last year on here when I went on that trip. I plan to do that this time, unless I can't use the laptop at where I'm staying.

My shoulder is better today but still painful.
I have given up on learning how to post pics here. I have asked for help but either no one responds or else gives me misleading and incorrect "information." I really wanted to share in posting and viewing pics with others here but now people have quit even responding to my requests for help.
Why doesn't the site just make it easy as other sites do? You see a pic, you copy-and-paste it, and there it is for others to enjoy. Why make things hard for us? Our lives are hard enough already.
So yeah--- I am feeling down about a site that purports to be about community support but actually sets up unnecessary obstacles to members and then doesn't help us with we can't do them.

@Seafarer, you can attach a picture by going to the "Go Advanced" button on the bottom of the reply box. And then click on the paperclip icon and it will allow you to attach a picture. But that is the only way I know how to get a picture on here. I don't know another way to upload it...Sorry. =(

thank you slumberkitty, I couldn't figure this out either. So I went to a free image on google, clicked advanced on the paper clip and that somehow worked.

My day was long. I fell last night. I'm sore, tired, and bored. But there's still plenty to be thankful for, but I'm just down tonight.

After the publication of my most recent novel I'm rather despondent because I have no desire or interest in working on any new project.

Well, I did it! I'm at my vacation spot now. A very long day. I'm in a place that's just different from where I live. I'm feeling very homesick even though this is a nice place. Very tired.

I'm upset for not sleeping enough again. it's making me rather moody, really moody. I guess I'm worried about my doc appointments a bit. I want more sleep.. I hope it happens

I haven't been able to write any prose since I've been on SSRIs. I have written some poetry.

My shoulder has been hurting for 3 days now. I think it may be something called Trapezius Myalgia. I've been taking so many OTC painkillers that I'm starting to feel yucky.

On the up side, it's keeping me from having to do housework!

I've been feeling a bit worse lately. Having hopeless thoughts about the future again.

I think I need to get out the SAD lamp.

Here I am away from home in a strange place by myself. It's a nice place and I've been pretty active, so far. But I can't seem to shake that stupid anxiety that I have. I keep thinking that something bad is going to happen. I went through that last year when I took a trip to another place that was far from home. It's ruining my time. I've been asking myself, "why did you do this?". I'm feeling very alone here, even though the people in the area I'm in are unbelievably friendly. Well I'm pretty much alone anyways at home. Though I do have one friend; and my job is the only reason I stay at where I live.

I had a talk with my sister. It went OK. She keeps telling me that someday I will move back to where she is. I prefer not to because I lived there before and didn't like it at all. She told me that our cousin and her husband are interested in moving to where she is. My sister gets along great with them. I wish I would have some great family members that would want to move to where I live.

Not at all happy about the changing weather situation. I actually had to put on gloves for my ride this morning. Gloves!

Awake again after a few hours of sleep. I know this isn't good, my memory is starting to fail a lot.

I realized I am not a pushover in some respects... I do as I wish.

I wish the anger that fueled me in childhood would cool down now though. I am not too well adjusted...

Not a ton of depression so far today and not much ruminating. We'll see if it holds up...

Depression is kind of bad today. I'm really numb though. I have a counseling appointment tonight with my Pastor. I was really anxious about it. Now I'm just numb. So numb like I don't exist.
