Please don't misunderstand me little turtle, but whether you do or do not help me I am sick of getting sick with rhinitis like symptoms all the time and also sick of being forced to take anti-histamines every day. I have taken the decision to taper off lamictal over time and finally stop taking it.
Hopefully I'll be okay.
Anyways I hope you all, including little turtle, will be here to support me. I will need all of your support.

Here are my quick answers, subject to frequent change:

#1 - Sleep
#2 - Maintaining a daily routine
#? - Anti-anxiety medication
#? - Avoiding stress
#? - Selective, limited engagement with the world and society

As much as I want to add "diet and exercise" to this list, and I do have diet and exercise regimes, I have not - in my case - found them to be significant relievers of depression-anxiety.

you need to write the thread title below 'Title:' where there's white space between the "message" and "Title:"

Lately I have not been able to follow a healthy diet. I have noticed that I feel hungry all the time and crave for food - esp protein and sugar and fries - whenever I am on anti-psychotics. Currently I can't do away with the anti-psychotic(amisulpride 100mg) bc otherwise I will become hyper... irritable and talk a little too much.
Don't know how to deal with my hunger problem. It's sure going to make me very fat if I continue eating so much.
Feeling hopeless.

@desiree try looking up "crave this, eat that." Cravings for foods can be weird, like craving fatty snacks such as fries can actually mean you need calcium, and craving sugar can mean you need chromium- weird, but if you eat other, healthier foods containing the nutrients you need, sometimes the cravings go away or lessen.
In any case i hope you feel better soon. 😊

My schedule is too busy. I just want it to be pre-nap, nap, post-nap, sleep.
I'm so very tired.
