Little turtle
I’m clueless completely clueless
Thank you for thinking I could ever be any sort of a leader on here or anywhere
You’re very kind
But I’m a “failure”

I do try mindful breathing

I’m sorry for being such a disappointment

Sometimes I find writing or typing your worries helps find clarity.

I know I used to find a walk in a natural setting helped.

Another thing for temporary release is shaking your body. Animals do it....

Much love to everyone on the bus

I’m sorry for being a “triggering” bear

I can’t feel better so I guess I need to stop speaking

Hugs to all

I have found diaphragmatic breathing of some help when I'm mildly anxious. Once my anxiety level reaches "moderate" though, my inability to focus eliminates my ability to concentrate on the breathing.

this morning I am reading an interesting story in the april 8th
magazine THE NEW YORKER titled THE BITTER PILL...
it is about why we know so little about how to stop taking psychiatric drugs...
it is a story about laura Delano who took 19 meds in 14 years...

Thank you for mentioning this article, Little Turtle. For me this paragraph - and the following - capture an important element of the story:
Quote:
Laura had always assumed that depression was caused by a precisely defined chemical imbalance, which her medications were designed to recalibrate. She began reading about the history of psychiatry and realized that this theory, promoted heavily by pharmaceutical companies, is not clearly supported by evidence. Genetics plays a role in mental disorder, as do environmental influences, but the drugs do not have the specificity to target the causes of an illness. Wayne Goodman, a former chair of the F.D.A.’s Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, has called the idea that pills fix chemical imbalances a “useful metaphor” that he would never use with his patients. Ronald Pies, a former editor of Psychiatric Times, has said, “My impression is that most psychiatrists who use this expression”—that the pills fix chemical imbalances—“feel uncomfortable and a little embarrassed when they do so. It’s kind of a bumper-sticker phrase that saves time.”

Hey fellows. I been gone from a while know.
Quite a few things happened in my life in the past couple of weeks. The last and most painfull one, I lost my grandmother unexpetedly. I am learning how to deal with it, but it is my first big loss. From every mess going on in my life right now I didn't needed this one too.
Tomorrow I come back to work, I don’t want to. Everything feels to heavy.

Feeling depressed and hopeless and a bit anxious. My bf has not been talking to me for over 3 months now. I miss chatting with him.

My psych doc increased the dosage of my anti-psychotic amisulpride - from 50 mg to 150 mg.
bc I was feeling anxious and a bit restless and agitated.

I think my bf's absence in my life is not wholly responsible for my depression and anxiety... my neurotransmitters have gone for a toss. Today I m getting panic attacks as well. Dam*. I feel very frustrated. I m hurting a lot.

Some people insulted me.

So I've gone from being a sissy to a psychopath.

Let's see how they like it next year, after I get licensed for driving.
