Strange - and frustrating - how these feelings can come and go. Sometimes depression will come and settle on me like a blanket. I don't know why. Sometimes it's so bad I have to go to bed and sleep it off. But other times... Other times as Thicht Nhat Han (sp???) says, the best thing is to not fight with it. Not fight against it. Accept it as part of myself. Go trudging about my business. Then very often, as I get my energy directed to another area, I find it has lifted without my knowing it.

Love and acceptance to all on the bus.

I wish I could weep
Let out some of the emotion

Does the relief last all day?

The feelings themselves, tho highly uncomfortable, are not going to kill you, dear Turtle. Just don't let them morph into thoughts. Just feel them, feel them.

I believe there will be an end.

If someone could hold you it might be good but doesn't sound like that's probable in your current situation.

this afternoon while meditating....a lot of shaking and rapid breathing...
i had an insight...i think there is a very little turtle deep down in there that is finally speaking up
and trying to let me know how hurt he has been...how he has been treated by others...
a lot of hurt...i felt very sorry for that little turtle...sounds crazy doesn't it...

I feel very sad about the nature of some humans. I am grateful that I am not like some humans.

(not about anyone on pc)

Not at all, Little Turtle. The little guy was probably pretty small when he first started getting hurt. ❤️

There are a lot of people who enjoy downgrading who we are
Some of them are ''family''
They try to have it their way all the time
I think I might have asked before whether your wife has a mental health dx or is she simply nasty

They sound very controlling My parents told me what to do most of the time. I don't remember them saying anything positive to me There was a lot of silence... and a lot of other stuff

They sound like maybe they wanted to manipulate you into silence?
