I feel a bit upset today.

Possible trigger:

watching something and it featured a young child burying her cat and saying the last few words.

those things are always difficult to watch. I never had a cat, but I have lost a puppy and buried a mouse so know how she feels

I didn't sleep well last night and could tell the difference with my anxiety today. I've had trouble managing it during my work day. I got very upset with a coworker and it took me a lot to keep from letting my emotions come out our conference call.

I wonder why I don't try to find a job with less stress. Probably not the time to be looking for a change I guess.

Fall hit hard here, and so has my SAD. And at the same time hormonal depression is starting. #blessed

I went to the grocery store today. I spoke with the cashier, and she is the only person I spoke with in person. I feel lonely, sad and now I'm anxious. For some reason lately I have been feeling depressed, restless and anxious at night. It's like I feel like I should be doing something but I don't have the energy to do anything. The past few days I have gone to bed at about 8pm just so I don't have to be conscious to experience the depression and anxiety. I can't even focus on anything. It's exhausting.

I feel Okay this morning, maybe a little tired. I think I got about 6 hours of sleep. I started doing chores but found myself unmotivated. So I will just rest and relax for a while. I'm hoping I have a good day. I will intend for it. I hope everyone here has a good day!

I'm doing ok so far. This morning I had a very frustrating problem to deal with & I finally managed to solve it. What a relief! Now I'm hoping to fulfill another important goal today.

thankfully, they arn't as bad as they used to be (where I lived before), but it still annoys me.

I also got a call from my care team today, I suppose it went well, though their was nothing really to say- the woman just wanted to reasure me " we've not forgotten you", of course, I realise that or you wouldn't have called. but yeah was still good to talk to someone, even if their was nothing really to say.

had a shopping delivery (mainly candy). looking forward to having sausages for my dinner

I've been experiencing some unexplained back pain for the past few days. It's gotten better from last night, when I could hardly bend or turn. I doubt I'll be in to work tomorrow. I still feel tired and I have a headache that never seems to go away.

It’s supposed to be in the low 60’s today and when I went to bed last night the weather said low 70’s. Usually I love the first few days of fall and being able to wear my boots and my hoodies. Now strangely I seem to have gone straight to SAD for some reason.

I been feeling really depressed again. I have no energy to do anything even after I break up the chores.

I found out that the sense of restlessness is due to the abilify, so the pdoc is taking me off it by tapering it down. She prescribed Trintellix but that's way too expensive, even with insurance, so I'm waiting for a call back. Other than that, I cooked yesterday and today I'm baking a cake because I'm cravings sweets.
