God help me.
It is 4:40pm in India, I took an ativan 2mg just now. I am also having breathing difficulty. Hopefully I can fall asleep soon and escape the pain.

Well I slept till 6pm and again woke up to pain. So this time I took a painkiller - a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol. I don't know what else to do..

Can you get your breathing trouble checked by a doctor? We all worry about the bestest Mimi on the internets

I am so sorry for you, MimiBhaduri! I agree with willowtigger. If you consult a doctor, he may find out if it is physical or has to do with anxiety. Please take care!

Do I see a GP?

When I saw a doctor in 2017-2018, he said this was bc I am allergic to certain stuff and wanted to give me an allergy shot. But this time, sometimes I have palpitations and sometimes my lungs also physically hurt. But there is no problem with my heart.

I have an idea why this is happening but I can't say it out here atm. A year ago I had a bad asthma attack and I gasped for air continuously for 2 nights. Then my GP was still alive and he prescribed certain meds which made me recover in about 7-10 days. We checked but it was not covid and my lungs were ok as well.

Either a GP or if there's a emergency hospital (depending on how difficult it is to breathe)

asthma is not something to mess with, it nearly took my angel Ebony too early, even long before her cancers

i remember one time she had to be rushed to the vet cause she collapsed from her asthma

It is about a little after 4am in India, I woke up to pain in my nose and eyes and throat. I took another painkiller and an antihistamine (the 4th pill since y'day morning) to stop the sneezing and water oozing out of the eyes and nose. It's like allergies but is very much itchy and a lot painful. I am going to take another ativan 2mg to fall asleep and not have to feel the pain of virtual pins and needles in my nose, eyes and face.
God help me.

Well the worst asthma attack was about a year ago when I was up 2 days and 2 nights gasping for air continuously. But my GP was alive then and helped me recover.
However, currently my worry is that how am I going to explain the virtual pins and needles In my nose and eyes that cause a lot of pain and give me red, swollen, itchy, watery eyes and nose and also the virtual hostage situation. He will just not believe me if he is not a military doctor and increase my AP dosage making me feel more groggy, tired and depressed the whole day.
I think many of the people on this forum don't believe my story either. They are sympathetic and think with kindness that I am crazy. Sigh....idk what to do. I think even asthma attacks can be artificially created in the lab like schizophrenia, by not letting the lung muscles function adequatly. God help me.

If your former GP does not live anymore, you need to find a new GP. Your asthma needs to be treated. I am relatively new to the forums so I don't know your story, but I do know that not treated asthma can be dangerous.

I am sorry that I said something about that a doctor could help you to find out if it was physical or psychological (some posts ago). I thought that you were very frightened after the very real sickness in your lungs. I have had an anxiety attack myself , and needed to call for a doctor immediately. So it was friendly meant.

I wish you well!

You don't need to clarify Rose60, I know it was friendly meant, what I am worried about is how do I convince people especially the doctors in India about my situation, that what's happening to me is not a fantasy but real.

I was in the US defense force along with my ex Indian American boyfriend Srijan Chatterjee and his elder brother Gautam Chatterjee. I came to India with them in 2014. They had a project in India and I was to be the bait to gather information on the terror hub that is brewing in eastern India against the usa snd the west. But as we came to India, my ex and his elder brother started threatening the US government and the west. And they started torturing me virtually. I agree it is way better than being tortured face to face like the unfortunate Ukrainian soldiers are, but still I have been through hell for years now and I find it hard to take it any more. I can't complain against them to the police or the Indian government bc they have links with people at the top(both politics and military)and I may land in prison if I complain against them in India.

Also my us passport and papers including my ssn card, birth certificate etc are with my ex Indian American boyfriend and he has refused to hand them over to me. So I need a duplicate passport to go back to usa on my own. The US government probably wanted me to stay in India for some more time for which they did not issue me a duplicate passport.

I know Rose60 you may not believe my story and think me to be crazy and delusional , but I won't blame you for it.

PS: The effect of 2 pills of ativan 2mg have started to take effect...I feel very very sleepy.

Hope the Ativan helps, at least a bit.

If you want help with Asthma, you don't need to tell your whole story to the GP. If you have problems with the American government you have to take it up with them (write to them).

There is nothing we, here at the forum, can do for you other then to comfort you in your pain. So it is for all of us. We can only try to comfort each other when we are sad and clap our hands for each other when we have brighter days.

I wish you well!

Thank you so much Rose60.
I'll take your advice. It would be stupid to tell the doctor about my past, I'll only tell him/her that I have chronic asthma and very low energy. Sometimes I really can be so dumb. Lol.
Much love and hugs.

I'm praying & wishing, too, Mimi. I'm so sorry you have to suffer like this. And I believe you. I know things from my own life. God bless you, dear Mimi. I will keep visualizing your happiness & wellness. We love you, Mimi.

It is about 7:47 pm in India. The terrorists in India(Subhro Chakrabarti, Gautam Chatterjee, Srijan Chatterjee and others) are virtually torturing me. They are applying pressure on my skull and squeezing my brain. My chest is burning. They are hurting my an*s and right arm and stomach. The oxygen supply to my brain is also much less than normal. God help me please. I am your child God. Have mercy on me.

What I am going through is pretty gross. But I am speaking the truth. Every day I am in so much pain that I wish I was never born.

The terrorists in India(Subhro Chakrabarti, Srijan Chatterjee(my ex Indian American boyfriend), Gautam Chatterjee(his elder brother) and others) are virtually torturing me since today morning again. They are virtually inserting needles in my nose, especially my right nostril, causing sneezing, a watery nose and a lot of pain.

They are also throttling my neck and applying pressure on my lungs making it difficult for me to breathe.

Please help me God.

It was around 9am today when the terrorists in India started torturing me. Now it is 6pm and they are still sticking that virtual needle in my nose. So much pain. Help me God
