Getting exercise in first thing is a good way to make sure I do it. I worked on my project but still am not sure I can use it and am still not ready to give up on it. I am not sure I have enough hours or data to throw at it but something makes me want to try. I have two meetings today.
1. Exercise 2. Library 3. Project |

I found that youtube zumba videos are a good way to get in at least 250 steps an hour. I'm trying one for beginners, but I still find it pretty tough. I'm really out of shape.

Youtube videos are a good idea, especially for this time of year!
I worked on all three of my items yesterday. Today I plan on 1. Exercise 2. Put away Christmas stuff 3. Use my lists. |

today I took my christmas decorations down
a little depressing really, but they had to come down at some point- and I always said (since they went up) it would be the 5th |

I got most of my Christmas stuff packed back up yesterday. I agree, the blinking lights are especially cheerful and I wouldn't mind leaving them up a little longer but I stopped watering the tree, so it all needs to come down.
1. Walk 2. Use my lists 3. Write |

I've been doing a few minutes of Zumba every hour. I don't have the stamina to do the whole 20 minute workout at one time.

I read something recently that suggested moving a little bit every hour is the ticket to better health, scientifically. I think it was in the book 'Exercised' by Daniel Lieberman. It was pretty interesting.
I didn't get very much done yesterday. I walked. I have an interview this morning. 1. Interview prep 2. Update calendars 3. Class prep |

This link talks a bit about interrupted sitting: Scientist Author Busts Myths About Exercise, Sitting And Sleep : Shots - Health News : NPR
Today I am going to choose to spend less time on leisure activities and more time on my priorities. I am also not going to get stressed about class prep. 1. Clean 2. Use my lists. 3. Exercise |

I'm continuing to do a little zumba every hour.

Thanks for the exercise every hour idea. I've been walking in place a bit. I am in online classes all week and the weather stinks, so it's the best way I can get some exercise.

Those five minute chore ideas are good (though I am laughing at the idea of tidying up my papers in five minutes).
Today feels like a blank slate in some ways. 1. Finish book. 2. Return book to library. 3. Bite the bullet and do something I've been putting off. |

Success! I finally did something I've been putting off and just wish I'd done it sooner. I'm not done, but I got the most essential piece over with.
1. Continue cleaning up that project. 2. Exercise 3. Assignment |

Today's goals are very similar to yesterday's, but with a couple of twists. I have four meetings today. I also woke up to an unexpected technical issue.
1. Meetings 2. Figure out technical issue 3. Use my lists |

I'm glad to be done with those meetings but have two more today and two more tomorrow.
1. Exercise 2. Deal with car, weather permitting. 3. Use my lists. |

I got my car fixed, exercised, and have no Zoom meetings today, just one call to make. I have a few deadlines coming up quick and will need to work on those projects today.
1. Assignment. 2. Reading for Monday. 3. Errands |

It wasn't the most productive week for me. I needed to recover from the previous week and still had a lot of meetings.Next week doesn't look much better. I have two meetings scheduled every day next week except Friday. Only three are essential and I may skip the rest. I have two deadlines to meet tomorrow but very little motivation to work on those projects today.
1. Assignment 2. Revisions. 3. Reading |

I got some great news yesterday. It seems like some of the hard work I've been putting in is paying off. I've also had fewer meetings this week than usual which has been refreshing. Today I plan on
1. Work on a project. 2. Exercise 3. Vacuum |

I’m excited about my new paper planner inserts!
I had FedEx to print, cut and hole punch. They did an excellent job. FedEx charged a lot less than Office Depo quoted me. Also my experience of Staples and Office Depo is neither is well rounded as FedEx. Staples and Office Depo made it seem like printing digital downloads was very “complicated” and needed a lot of editing. Lol Staples and Office Depo only have the old school three hole punch. I would not classify them as a full service printing centers. I use a Moterm Planner A5, 6 ring. Undated paper planner inserts. I like different inserts for specific things and to take notes at my medical appointments, Zoom meetings and personal growth workshops etc. I had my digital paper planner inserts printed on 30 LB paper (legal size). I did BuJo (bullet journaling) for a while but quickly learned that all the set ups (constantly using a ruler, weekly spreads, monthly) was too much for my Fibromyalgia. I’m more of a functional paper planner and a minimalist vs being heavily into anesthetics. I like stickers. I like to use stickers to reduce writing and indicate a “thing.” A thing like laundry day, bill due, appointments, meetings/workshops, hair appointments and car maintenance etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I planned on grabbed items from Sprouts and Whole Foods however fatigue was very high today.
I’m going to Spouts and Whole Foods ASAP. I get all my fresh fruits, vegetables and smoothie ingredients at both places. I decided to stay home, get a few things done around the house and get ready for the week ahead. I finished folding my laundry. Dinner was easy. I cooked hamburgers yesterday. We had leftovers, I baked sweet potatoes and acorn squash. My paper planner is caught up for the week. I budget for May 2022 is completed. My teenager is going to day camp and school. I need to add the start date to my planner. I will also add the first day of school for 2022-2023. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
