I started making a list each day of everything that had to get done including my self-care. I'm working now, so this list is very important. It keeps me from feeling overwhelmed. I just focus on one task at a time. I have several mini-tasks and 3 main tasks. I plan on using this thread to keep track of my main agenda for the day, which is completing my main tasks.
Anyone is welcome to join in with their tasks. I'll also discuss how I am doing for the day. This way I can keep track. I have fired my online T and so I need a place to say what's on my mind. Today I did the following: 1. Take out the trash. 2. Open packages. 3. Change the sheets on my bed. I felt fairly good all day. Mainly because I was on task with everything. I did a lot if you count all items. It was a good day. How about you?

Yesterday, I did well with my three tasks. Today, I don't think I can get them done. They are:
1. Take out the trash. 2. Clean the kitchen. 3. Go on a drive. I'm just too depressed to do anything. I've been crying all morning. I don't know what to do.

Somehow I managed yesterday to do most things on my list. I talked to my med provider. We're increasing my Risperdal to help with overall mood. Today I'm doing much better.
My three items: 1. Clean the kitchen. 2. Open boxes. 3. Take out the trash. I did a bonus item this morning. I filed my taxes. So I'm glad that is done. I've been working hard.

Thanks for starting this thread and well done on getting that bonus item in.
I struggle with organising my thoughts sometimes, but trying to do better. Today I aim to: 1. Get the vacuuming done. 2. Begin the ironing. 3. Fill the gap the electrician left around the new socket. |

Today my goals were:
1. Buy groceries and did this online and will pick up groceries tomorrow. 2. Do some laundry and did one load of laundry then set washer on self wash, and then need to do more laundry, 3. Clean house some and did vacuum the house and wash the shower. Did want to go for a walk outside, but just too rainy off and on so hopefully later in the week. |

I did well with my overall list today of regular to-do items. But I didn't do my main items:
1. Clean the kitchen. 2. Clean the bathroom. 3. Open boxes. I worked some today so there wasn't time. But tomorrow I will do better. My items are: 1. Start work. 2. Go to my appointment. 3. Open boxes. I feel a little overwhelmed tonight because it's late and I need to shower. I'll be too busy in the morning. But I'm so not motivated to shower. I'll have to think of a reward.

Today was horrible. I made it to my appointment and I worked. That's all I did. I was stressed and overwhelmed. The cats ran out of food and their litter box was full. So I had to deal with all that. I got irritated at work. I tried to smooth things over by then bending over backwards. I've been ruminating for hours and crying. I think I will quit my job.

It sounds like you did a lot, going to work and appointment and taking care of your cats needs. That sounds like a full on day to me.
I have to be honest on working days I cut myself some slack, any tasks are pretty much the ‘must do’ category. I don’t know about you but mentally I need space to unwind on working days. I’m going to set myself a goal of washing the outside of one of my windows today. I think that’s enough for today. |

I cut my hours back so I could do everything and unwind. So far I've worked over each day. So tomorrow will be a really short day. Today, I met all my goals except for take out the trash. I just didn't have the energy. I will do it tomorrow.
I felt better today. I took 3 naps I was so tired.

I took out my trash today. I worked a short day. I wanted to meditate, but I haven't done it yet. Maybe later tonight. I had a difficult afternoon. I cried off and on for several hours. I didn't start feeling better until I played my game. I guess I will play more of my game tonight.
Tomorrow, I plan to do housework and cook. I hope I have the energy. I hope I feel better.

Happy Weekend!!
Today, I plan to do the following: 1. Clean litter boxes. 2. Clean the kitchen. 3. Clean the bathroom - Done I feel good this morning. I've been working on art and looking at funny images.

Happy Easter! Yesterday, I finished my items. Today I had:
1. Clean the kitchen. 2. Prepare food. 3. Sweep the floor. I did the first two. I hope I can sweep just one room today. I still have time but I might need a nap first.

I had fruit for breakfast
did laundry read some emails catch up on a tv show I like mood though is only a 1/10. has been for ages, getting a bit fed up that nothing's helping with it and now start to wonder more than ever if that's just how it's meant to be from now on. |

I did well yesterday. I'm starting early today:
1. Unload the dishwasher. 2. Go on a drive. 3. Sweep the bathroom floor. I saw my med provider yesterday. We're going back on Zoloft. I'm glad. I'll have better days that way.

Absolutely true, I tend to post my good days here, but I do have days where I struggle more than others too. Making your bed is a good thing, especially if you feel better afterwards.

I accomplished everything on my list but now I'm struggling to take my meds and take a shower. Two things that should be easy. I'm in tears because it's so hard. And my online therapist is doing a terrible job of supporting me. I told her I was anxious. But she ignored it.
I don't know what I will do tomorrow. If I get my shower, it will be a win.

I'm back now. I discovered today that accountability is a really good tool for me. Someone asked me what I was going to do today. I had been crying from feeling overwhelmed. I didn't know how to start. But I answered my friend and said I would be doing chores. The next thing I know I'm doing them. And I felt motivated. So now I want to come back to this group here and start it up again.
Today, I did the following: 1. Cleaned the kitchen. 2. Refilled the cats' dispensers. 3. Did self-care Tomorrow, I want to: 1. Take a shower. 2. Clean litter boxes. 3. Mop my floor (I swept already) I hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to seeing you again.

Tomorrow is my day out 1 get up at 7 and go to aqua fitness ( been skipping it) 2 get dressed with jewelry and go to mahjong and lunch Oh, 1A remember to take my morning pills!!!!

Remembered my meds but didn’t go to aqua fitness. Did go to mahjong, even won one hand.
Tomorrow 1 up in the morning, take meds 2 straightn the clothing chair and put clothes in hamper 3 put up hooks and at least one picture.

I was able to do the following:
1. Clean the litter box. 2. Mop the floor. But I wasn't able to get a shower. I will try tomorrow: 1. Take a shower. 2. Clean more litter boxes. 3. Open Amazon boxes. I hope everyone is well. Good luck with your tasks!
