The complaint I made to my local mental health team got Rejected

Yesterday afternoon the team responded, basically saying thank you for your feedback, but we're unable to take it forward because the issues stretch back further than 18 months- but of course they do, I am complaining about the service as a whole not justr one or two insodents.

I thought I was really getting somewhere with letting people know how they were doing as a service, but obviously I am not and I'm crushed. After what they told me about not taking it forward, I am trying to imagine how am I going to live for the rest of my life knowing that they took away my dignity and my safety, and they just don't care.

This should probably be in the PTSD forum, because it's contributed to it, but I'm depressed about it too. so. It can't be in both.

I'm not sure, to them, we're humans

I'm sure once they've ruined one life, they move on to the next one- and these people are meant to help. Makes me sick.

I tried to contact them last week to say I won't be using them again, and despite them saying I'll get a callback from a senior manager, guess what, I didn't. They can't be that bothered...
