It's nothing to do with my dad at the moment, even though he has got to me today, I've tried my hardest to stay out of his way. I think tomorrow (when I have more strength hopefully) I'll post about what's going on?
Cantstopcrying... you know that thing where you 'need that response from someone'. I need my boyfriend to care. I told him earlier that I've given him too many chances and he's lost... but now my heart aches and I'm just a mess and crying. He doesn't know what's been going on at home lately, he doesn't know how bad I'm struggling right now. Oh it's so complicated.I just want that love back I want to feel worth something.I need sleep, but I can't oh I'm just a mess, I'm making such a big thing out of nothing. But, I still can't stop the hurt

Sweetie, it's definately not 'nothing', especially when you feel like this. I just wish your bf would be more understanding--but remember he doesn't know what's going on at home, so he can't understand all of your feelings. Have you not told him because you are scared to tell anyone, or because you don't think he will understand how it's affecting you? When we don't get that response we need--or any response--it is heartbreaking. What will help you mend it is knowing you deserve to be heard and cherished and respected. You have to believe that.

I'm just so scared... I can't see an end to any of this at all. He doesn't know mainly because I don't know how to tell people, scared to tell people. But, also because I want him to care once in a while... he knows I'm a lot lot more depressed than usual, but not once has he asked why... infact he's talked to me less... and I'm taking that hard because I love him so much and we've always been there for each other. Also because he's my only friend IRL. He's the only person I can talk to.

Wouldn't it be nice if, sensing something is wrong, you could be held and asked what's wrong. Unfortunately not everyone is like that. I was once told--not very nicely, but I suppose it makes sense--that "I'm not a mind reader, if you want me to know what's bothering you, tell me!" He also may be a little more distance because he knows you're hurting but either he's uncomfortable dealing with that or you hurting hurts him and he doesn't know how to fix it. I don't know, but I do now we all hope you are safe and want you to be happy.

 I tell him that I'm not a mindreader. I tell him all I can about what's happening to me and he encourages me to. I just can't get him to open up and we have several conversations about that.I don't know. I'm just hurting so much at the moment, I thought at least he might be there to hold my hand a bit. But because he hasn't I just feel so alone and so hurt. I understand what you're saying though. I think a lot of this has to do with all the rubbish that's trapped in my head... I just don't know how to talk about it. Thanks for listening to me whinge again. I'm on a roll this week!

That's ok, I was, too. For some reason I seem to be ok today--I won't question it! Sitting in the lagoon and on the curb are remarkable helpers. I wish I could do more!
