We hate this, there are too many of us,
Every time we retrieve a new memory, it goes but i was swapping out with someone, so who the hell was that, was it the same person ?????
Then where IS she ????????
Or were they all different persons !!!!!
We are all very upset, the whole nest is buzzing & fighting, the bigs don't want the littles to saY THEY EXIST.
But they really do !!!!
We are so tired of this, no one believes us & we can't cope anymore !!!!! We're really tired,

perhaps it would help to sit down and try to make a sort of map of your system. see who is tied to whom and how you all connect. have you tried that?

keep holding on, zorah. i know you're going through a really rough time right now. your feelings are very normal and completely justified. i know that doesn't help deal with them, but i wanted you to have at least one person here to help you validate them.

you CAN do this. i know you can. it is hard and frustrating and upsetting but you can do it. just keep hanging in there and i will help any way that i can. ((((((((zorah)))))))))

perhaps it is time to spend a lot more time on yourselves. trying to map out who is who and doing some of your favorite things. let yourselves relax if you can and try to step back a little from all the rough memories and take a bit of time to just -be-.
