Is there anyone here?
A bad man appeared out of no where and ripped off my clothes. It was a paper gown and I was in an operating room. I don't want to talk about it. But, I'm scared and don't know what to do. I wrote a letter to Mr. ***** but he must not be home. I don't understand how that computer letter works. I am scared and confused and want someone to talk to. I know there are nice people here and it's safe here and I am so scared. Bad things bad things Why do people only do these bad things to me? I'm a nice person. I can't get the feel of his hands off of me. Can someone help me please? Snowbird

I am here. Wow, I do know how you feel snowbird. I really do because I had a very similar experience once.
the important thing is that you are safe now. Keep focusing on that fact ok? I know its really hard. I also know what you mean about the feeling of his hands - just remember that just because it feels that way doesn't always make it so. Try a nice hot relaxing bubble bath, or maybe a cup of hot chocolate and a blanket wrapped around you - anything to feel snuggly and warm. It is confusing isin't it.  The only thing that can really change that confusion is time, but it will clear up I promise.

Songbird has a list of things for me to do when I feel scared or bad. She wrote it in my journal. I took a hot bath (can I say that?). And I am still scared. My eyes won't stop crying and I hate crying. It makes the bad man have more control and I can't let him see that. This bad man today wasn't my dad. He was someone different and I can't get him out of my head. I think I am going to be sick. My tummy hurts. Snowbird

I know all those feelings all too well. And yes, you can say you took a hot bath! Nothing wrong with a hot bath.
Wow, you are SO strong! listen to the things you say, you say " I dont want him to have that much control!" Just by you saying that shows me how amazingly strong you are. I know it stinks right now. As for the tummy try drinking cold(but not icy cold, sort of just cool) water in small sips every few mnutes. |

I wish I had a mommy that took care of me like that. I was afraid to say hot bath because then people would picture me in the bathtub. Sorry, that's scary too.

Oh, I see!
But you know, most people won't think of you like that in the tub. Most people just think how nice a hot bath is  I wish I could take it all away for you, I really do.

What happens if the bad man is there tomorrow? He was real, he wasn't in a dream. Daisy had a bad dream. I saw her letters. I know there are little ones here with me. They hide in a different place - I don't really understand. But the bad man today was real. I wish Mr. ***** would write me a letter. I'm glad you're here Rainbowzz. Do you like me as much as you like Daisy? I know she is really cute. She has short curly hair and big green eyes. I'm just dumb looking. But I'm really smart. I get A's in school. Snowbird

Hey, I don't think your dumb looking. and yes, i do like you every bit as much as daisy.
I like you because you are really intelligent! I think you have a really great ability to learn quickly too! As for the bad man, I know what you mean. Was he at a hospital or something? You said something about a gown? You dont have to tell me if you dont want to. |

Yes, the nice lady works at a hospital. That's what Mr. ***** says. And all of a sudden, I was there and the bad man was there.

I'm sorry such a horrible thing happened to you. You are doing such a good job of taking care of yourself and it sounds like you have done all the things you can. Is there someone at the hospital that your nice lady can tell about this? I hope that the nice man replies soon - I am sure he will know what to do. Keep strong. |

Rainbowzz This is Sonbgird. Thank you so much for taking care of Snowbird last night. She seemed to respond nicely to you and I am glad someone was on the board when she posted. Her journal is filled with pages of her feelings from last night. I can't say too much because I am afraid of triggering her this morning. I have written a list of things to do in the back of her journal when she is unstable. Coming to PC is one of them. At least she would have someone to talk to. It must have helped. Thank you, honey. Lilith Miss Jan Caroline BipolarBear Thank you all for supporting Snowbird. Obviously, last night was difficult for her. One of the things I wrote down for her to do when she is scared and confused is to come to PC, this forum, and talk with all of you. I know that you will take care of her and help her to feel better. That kind of friendship is something she doesn't know and I am glad to see that she is getting more comfortable coming here. I believe last night's honest posting was an act of desperation on her part. She's not easily trusting as you can all imagine. And now this thing happened. I see T tomorrow, thankfully. I absolutely know what you mean. This is the reason I am always losing things, or throwing stuff out, or putting stuff away in funny places - I do this ALL the time because i space out.
