I have been talking to my T and to other "groups" / people here and it seems that communication is the recommended route to go. But to be honest the thought of communication with the other members of the "clan" is well freaky to say the least.
I have alot of fear the wells up when I think about it. Fear that outsiders will think I am crazy. Fear that they will respond. ... that they hold bad memories. ... that they will not like me. ... that they want to hurt me. Just alot of fears. Some ratonal some not. Dose anyone else even understand these fears? I am not even sure I understand them. Thanks for reading. Diana ![]()

Yes, sometimes fears, they get a hold of us and simply run with us, it is like our fears even control us..
Yet fears, or feelings, are not facts. It is hard but we have to take the reigns back in, realize as scray as it is, trust us if you can, we will not think you are crazy, many of us have been called that, and did not like it, we try to SUPPORT each other here, LOVE each other here, love the YOU deep down, way deep down. It took me some time here at PC to trust, and trust completely, yet I have and it is a beautiful, beautiful thing ![]()

Fear is so common for so many people. I used to have a lot of fear. What helped me to overcome my fears were to face them. They are always smaller when you stand up to them. They are huge when you run from them and feel much scarier.
Self-understanding is the way to go to get better plus lots and lots of problem solving. I wish you luck Diana and will support you here along the way!
