I kept journal. I wrote alot and than started a diet. But first I had to figure things out and do some affirmations and it really worked with getting me on a diet path.

Hey..
Ok, I know some ways to lose weight.
Stop eating any junk food like chips, cookies, and you know anything like that..
Don't eat any fast food either. None, at all.
ummm...
Try to eat fiber. Eat fiber cereal like Fiber One, which is my favorite.. Fiber helps you a lot.. It helps with digestion, which also helps prevent a lot of illnesses.
Drink A LOT of water. Keep water around you at all times.. When you go out to eat, order water.. It's not only healthier, but also cheaper.
Try to eat a variety of foods. Don't eat the same thing every day..
Eat a lot of salad and vegetables.. I don't like vegetables, so I eat pretty much just lettuce.. lol.. Find what you like.. or at least what you don't hate that much.
Exercise as well. I've heard that if you just diet, a lot of the times, your body will lose the fat but not the skin,, or something like that..
Go running with a friend or someone who also wants to lose weight, motivate each other.
Okay, well i hope that helped.. good luck reaching your goal.
