Strangely no. Many days I run and either forget to eat breakfast or don't think about it until around 11 AM, then I'm like, "It's almost lunchtime, why bother?" Though I always do have a few cups of coffee in the morning. The rest of the day, I'm fine, hungry, but normal type hungry.

I try to eat good food, and not a lot of junk. I guess my thing is I don't eat much. My H has always commented on my weight when I gain as much as 5 pounds. So for the last almost 27 years I have been critical about gaining any weight, and if anything I try to loose.I have a bad habit of eating like a bird, and almost never eat breakfast.

That's a horrible thing for your H to say. Have you told him it bothers you and the ED thoughts? He does not sound supportive at all; in fact, I'd say he sounds very unsupportive.

I don't want to end up living with this 27 years. I suppose I already have 21 years.

Luckily, I do have a supportive H. He starts nagging me a lot if he thinks I look too frail or that I am beyond too thin. I have a small frame, so gaining or losing 5 lb. goes a long way with me - from looking healthy to malnourished.

Thanks Blueberrybook

I'm working on DBT skills. I just need to keep at it. I feel really good when I distract myself with reading or drawing, also Netflix is helpful! It's the initial anxiety and discomfort that really gets me whether it's a craving for binge food or urges to purge, the biggest part is getting through that. The problem is I always immediately act on my feelings. When I'm able to distract myself for long enough, the feelings fade so I'm trying to do that more

Had chocolate cupcake this morning as part of a meal. I have to have something sweet once in awhile besides the darn berries. I get tired of being so limited in what I eat at times. Not going to beat myself up about it.

Glad you're not going to beat yourself up about it! Definitely nothing wrong with having a treat now and then

Cold and windy here today. Ran this morning. Managed a good breakfast, having some trouble finding the appetite for lunch.

I see the T this afternoon, and I hope she will help me come up with a plan to survive the holidays & my daughter's birthday (Dec. 14) in one piece. It's stressful enough to have all those gatherings, the obligatory huge annual fight between 2 of my aunts, and then you have to throw food into the mix. Thanksgiving, birthday party & cake, extended family Christmas meal, daughter's actual birthday, New Year's Eve (stress of go find someplace to see fireworks).

Tell me about it. I have somewhat of an "all or nothing" mentality. If I screw up one day, I keep doing so. I can only start a diet on Mondays. It drives me nuts.

So far, everything's good food-wise. I really need to get busy or else I'll be craving food faster than I can think.

Need to work on going to sleep at night. I don't have trouble sleeping it's just that I like to stay up. I got 3 hours last night. I know that it's super important to get good rest to reduce stress.

Been eating more than my plan says I should. I will go back to the plan. This is just so hard! My plan is boring and so limited. I should learn to use spices to make things taste better; can't have salt so I'll find spices I can have.

Ugh. Lunch time already. Some days meals come around too fast. Some days I have more appetite than others. For some reason, not so much right now, but I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with margarine around 11:30, no time to finish my coffee, had to get my daughter from school because they had early dismissal today.

Thought I'd push lunch off until 1 PM, but it's already 12:45 and still am not hungry.

My allergies are also very bad today. I woke up with a congested nose & sinus headache. I took a 24 hour allergy pill yesterday but can't remember what time, but I think it's wearing off, itchy nose, watery eyes, sneezing. Think I will wait until evening to take another allergy pill as I turned in super early yesterday (8 PM) and zonked out until around 4 AM this morning, so I know I can't have taken any medication after 8 PM yesterday, including my night meds. The Seroquel and trazodone just knock me out.

Struggling finding words again...Wellbutrin does that to me.

Soup is done in the microwave. Will have lunch, maybe lie down. I have an essential oil diffuser and several oils. They all relax me though I will have to look up which one might best help outdoor allergies.

You shouldn't take pain in your heart likely. You should see your PCP and get an EKG scheduled. EDs are notorious for all kinds of heart damage.

Even if it went away, who's to say it won't be back again and worse? Please get checked out.

Both my daughter & I aren't feeling well. I'm not too hungry for dinner, but I've got to throw something today soon. Stupid allergies and sinus infection. I feel like crap.
