My brother is gaining a ton of weight and my mom is concerned yet continues to enable him by buying him tons of junk food. It’s honestly very triggering to me.
I’ve barely eaten today but I think it’s my new meds now. Also I’ve been on Noom for awhile and it changes your relationship and mindset with food so I haven’t been craving anything unhealthy for awhile besides soda. My brothers rows of Pop Tarts and Little Debbies make me feel sick just looking at them. I’ve cut way back on soda this week. Even diet and zero sugar. My “current” therapist asked the other day if I was restricting. That was the first time she brought it up. She didn’t seem concerned since she’s underweight and probably does the same things I do.

I managed to eat 2 pieces of cauliflower crust pizza. The only pizza I eat. I also had steamed zucchini tonight. I ate healthy though. I didn’t go over either the yellow or red parts of the plate.
I had an ice cream cone for dinner. It really helped me out mentally. I got a salad from Wendy’s but I’ll eat it tomorrow along with the other piece of pizza from lunch today.

I've been doing well. If I want something extra to eat, I grab an apple or nuts and cheese. I'm also drinking bone broth and having soup when I need comfort.

i think the naan bread I had yesterday was a little too heavy on the stomach. I had 2 slices, an halfway through the first I was really struggling to eat it (feeling nauseious and stuff)
ended up with quite the stomach ache that came on quite suddenly too only just going today. |

I ate a bit more then usual today. But the extra stuff I had tonight was just fruits and vegetables. I had 1,656 calories today when I’m usually more at 1300. Maintenance for me is 1,860 calories. So I was still below. But with this PMS I’m focusing on maintaining for the next couple days instead of gaining or losing. But this morning I lost almost a pound and I had McDonald’s and an ice cream from Dairy Queen yesterday. But only 1,485 calories total for the day. More proof weight loss is mainly calories in vs calories out.

seriously: today I saw adam richmond (man v food) devour a big chicago pizza, and this pizza had all my favorite meats on it maybe not watch food shows if I'm hungry? |

I watched more adam richmond this evening and devoured my paprica chicken in the process
not very filling but I cleared the plate and that's a success in itself.. |

I didn’t eat that much today. My PMS is over and now I’m back to not eating much. I had less then a thousand calories today. I’m just not hungry and I don’t feel the need to force myself to eat when I’m not hungry. I had vegetables, fruit, and lean meat. So I ate healthy at least. I did have a bowl of ramen though.

after battling non purging exercise bulimia for a while i decided to calm down. binge/restrict is horrible. I have not really counted calories since Friday and letting myself eat. Also telling myself to ignore the binging urges and accept they are there. Its going well so far. I am less obsessed with food. i can sit with my body and feel calm. I gained a some weight from the binging and even though it is actually not that much i think it's the end of the world. i am trying not to look in the mirror or weigh myself
Gonna be hard later because I'm mkaing rice and I alwyas measure out two servings when I make it. So i know how many calories. Not sure if i can eat things like rice and oatmeal freely. Similarly I know the calorie counts in a lot of things, hard not to automatically count them. |
