Yesterday was horrible. I binged on lots of bread and sugary foods, and then I was HORRIBLY constipated. I was almost crying in pain. It lasted the whole day.
All I kept thinking was once I had gone to the bathroom, I would never binge on food like that again. Well, I made it through yesterday, and what did I just do? BINGED AGAIN. On bread, waffles, cookies..Argh. I hate this. I can't control anything anymore. :-( |

I binged again. I find weekends so hard. *^%*&$^&^%#&^%$*&*(!!!
I'm trying to burn calories by staying up later tonight. And tomorrow its back to practically fasting...I don't deserve food. |
