I recently moved and have been eating healthier and exercising everyday.

Lost 7 pounds in a couple weeks. Just joined Weight Watchers and my sister is buying me a fitbit to start tracking my activity.

Feel free to check in with your progress here

I've lost 22 pounds since I started a year and a half ago. I had a lot of stress and ups and downs since then but steadily maintained a solid 15-18 pound loss. The other weight was recently lost weight.

Went to the gym today. Did some reps with weights. Tried out a treadmill for the first time ever, walked a mile. Feels good

Have stuck with my healthy eating plan. I even turned down dessert yesterday. Lava cake

Just relaxing today as I don't usually do much in terms of exercising on weekends, will get back to the gym during the week.

Tomorrow is my weight check in day so I will post an update then.

Lost 1 pounds this week. Any progress is good in my opinion.

So that's about 8 pounds lost since I started eating healthier and exercising regularly

Went quite a bit over my daily allotted points today (Weight Watchers) that's okay though. I got in a good 45 minute workout at the gym and did some yoga this evening. All about balancing things out.

So I haven't checked in here in awhile. I ended up losing avenged about 20lbs in a couple months. I'm not sure of my exact weight at the moment, I don't want to check it for a few reasons:

I haven't been exercising
I haven't been eating healthy
I am now taking seroquel.

Will find out how much I weigh when I get my invega shot Thursday.

I plan on starting eating healthy and exercising again, just got off track for a little bit.

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I fell back off the healthy eating wagon once again. I haven't checked my weight in over a month, I'm afraid to. I had lost 20lbs and I think I have gained most of it back

I am truly disgusted with myself. I need to practice better self control, here's to trying it again

Had a bowl of Special K Red Berries for breakfast this morning. Not sure what I'm going to have for lunch and dinner yet. I am so obsessed with food. I'm sitting here drinking water trying to fight the urge to go grab a bunch of junk food.

You shouldn't be so hard on yourself, as you have made very good progress thus far. I believe the key to health is balance. If one is too strict, they are bound to fall back into the wagon, or however the devil that saying goes. If one is too lenient, they are making no change and will, therefore, see no results.
My advice would be: Do not worry over the scale. A person's weight tends to fluctuate, so it is best to check once every two weeks at about the same time.
Good luck in your endeavors.
Thanks for this!

So I made it through the day eating pretty healthy. I did allow myself 2 Oreos and a cup of hot tea with just a little bit of milk and sugar in it for a treat.

I would love to tell my story!

I began to lose weight around half May and I've lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. Atm I am 178 pounds and I want to become 160 pounds. I cycle 1 hour a day and before I go to bed I walk 1 hour a day.

I tend to go cold-turkey. I haven't bought any sweets or anything fat in the past 6 weeks. If I do it, I want to do it good.
