The scale will move. It takes time. The simple rule is if you are burning more calories than you intake you will lose weight

Pigged out today with homecooked food, that's why I backtrack on the scale every week. Took my GOLO pills though, and they seem to be working. I think I might have had 1600 calories today, no exercise. Scared of the scale tomorrow morning.

I went to a free trial rowing class at ROWHOUSE. I learned a lot but did not like it well enough to justify the drive and extra money, even at the discounted rate through my health insurance.

I got a bit chewed out about my weight by my doctor. But he was also kinda confused where it came from. So he is ordering some kind of test where I swallow a pill at 11PM and go to the lab at 8AM to get bloodwork. He says I need to be doing both cardio and weight lifting. He suggested I join a gym but I have an at home one and my VR thing. I don't think I'd do good at an actual gym.

I started a daily vitamin. My doctor told me to start one. Not sure if it will do much with my weight but it may help overall with my health so I have more energy to work out.

I haven't eaten yet today. I had a sugar free blue raspberry sparkling water with whipped cream and a blue coconut vanilla diet Dr. Pepper but no food yet. So I'm at like 200 calories. Lol.

Did really well today. I've lost a whole 11 pounds since late February, which isn't too bad! I am on the right track. Didn't do much exercise, but I did 969 calories for the day according to MyFitnessPal app.

It is a hormone blood test. The doctor is being careful and looking from various angles.
Can you do weight lifting with thr VR headset? I am asking because I have never had one and do not know anything about them.

The scale moved down this morning but I do not know if it is for real.

I went to an all treadmill class at Orangetheory fitness this evening, getting 12 splat points.

6 blue minutes
27 green minutes
12 orange minutes

128 avg hr
150 max hr

Feeling really good after the class. I was at the steady pace of 3 mph and changed the intensity by changing the incline.

Afterwards we did some really cool stretches.

I don't think I can do actual weight lifting on the VR. But I have a ton of different weights and kettlebells and an ab roller and a jump rope and some resitant bands. I have a pull up bar too.

My weight was pretty low today. The lowest its been in 10 days. Of course I couldn't keep anything down yesterday and I didn't eat much in general.

I think I'm just going to use my VR headset as soon as my mom wakes up instead of putting it off until the afternoon. I feel ok now so its probably a good time to use it.

Today I did 20 minutes on the VR, drank a Slim Fast, then I was sick all night. But I've eaten today I'm just not sure how many calories I burned and how many calories I threw up.

Over an hour of low intensity cardio with resistance added today. Half of it I did while wearing a 20 lb weighted vest. Yes!

I cannot wait to unwind with restorative yoga tomorrow evening. I have skipped several weeks and really miss that class. Miss the teacher, too. She is wonderful.

I drank a Slim Fast this morning and a bottle of Pedialyte but I'm still sick so I'm not in the mood to eat much. I ate a sundae from Sonic so currently I'm at 1000 calories, 131 carbs, and 28 grams of protein. Minus whatever I just threw up.

I am also back on a med again which can lower my appetite.

I'm down another pants size so down from size 22W to 18W. My next move will be out of plus sized clothes.

I also am down a shirt size in the tshirts I usually wear in the summer. Again, one more size down and out of plus size.

The exercise is working. The diet helps but the exercise is the biggest help. I have to come up with the energy to do some exercise today. I'm tired; yesterday was a pretty big day.

Still so close to breaking 200 lbs but just not quite there yet.......

That is literally what everyone tells me. I won't lose without exercise. Diet alone doesn't work. I need to try harder.

That is quite an accomplishment. I can imagine how gratifying it feels to be able to size down. Good work!

I know exercise is the main factor in losing weight, I have to get myself down to the gym more often or do more at home. The dieting is helping though because I am down 11 pounds. I had went from a size 16 to an 18, but I want to get myself back down to 16 before I feel real victory. My thyroid surgery really messed me up when I thought it would help.
