Met a couple of new folks yesterday. Invited them over for a couple of hours. They were great...helped me work on a couple of things.

So it really is flooding out there. The rivers are over their banks in a lot of places and I'm just hoping it doesn't come up so far that I can't get home, or worse, out of the office. I work at a water treatment plant, aka a poop plant, and the raw sewage storage pool is almost overflowing.

I hope the water has abated.

I can't wait. I can't Wait. I can't freaking wait.

I have had bad insomnia the last few nights and am now sleeping later and later into the day. I don't like it at all. Half the day is gone and I have accomplished so little.

I am going to get dressed and go to the bank, drug store, grocery shopping and then do some house work. I need to do some studying and also would like to go to the gym. Also, tonight, I see my T. How could I forget that!!

My big project at work was put on hold till next week, so I am back to finding something to do at work for 8 long hours. I am moving to a smaller apartment in March, same complex though. I am hoping to get some pictures of a woman I have been emailing in response to a personal ad. I sent her my pics and she liked them, so hope I get to see hers soon. Fingers crossed!

It hasn't unfortunately, and every man hole at this joint is spewing. The raw sewage influent tank hasn't overflowed, but it's darn close. The man holes are filled with the treated water thank goodness, but if that influent tank overflows, our complex is gonna be a stinky mess. It shouldn't end up in the river, but it will make it really nasty to come to work. The river by our complex is really full, there's a good dropoff from the road so it hasn't come up onto the road, but the bank that's further down the embankment is overflowed. The pond in front of my mom's house is about to start running onto the dirt road. That'll make it really fun to drive on. I live in an apartment complex near the top of a mountain, on the mountainside, and hopefully nothing will come down on us since it isn't easily eroded. But the parking lot is a lake.

That is where I work, and those are the poop tanks. Hopefully those tanks don't overflow. The other is my complex, situated nicely on the side of a mountain, and hopefully we don't go sliding off the mountainside from the rain....

Want to only work on my art and not do anything else. I am learning to relax and to leave fear behind...I simply want to enjoy the cathartic process...

Back to barely eating anything, depression is deepening, due to both the season and my son soon leaving. Avoidance has been severely triggered now that my coworkers had a disagreement and one of them is not talking to anybody (including me) so I am back in my social shell and avoiding everybody. I only got out of bed only to get dressed for my work shift and nothing else. I never see me sons anymore. I am in a downward spiral.

I suppose I could say I excel at not excelling?

I don't know what to do!

I need to decompress with some music...

pfftt--- like I know things are coming together.

As making a list, i find that about a month ago, I was trying to do the same thing.

I know "just DO IT"--- but how do you "JUST DO IT"...

something very important has been flawed in the programming of me.

But it will be ok-- I keep telling myself- It will be ok-- I gotta keep trying, even if I fall each time-- why?

Because one day when I try again, I may stumble, but perhaps I will not fall completely down on my bum again.

I got the pictures...lets be kind and say online dating is just NOT for me.

It's flooding worse now, there are quite a few roads closed, the rivers are over their banks in many places, the pasture by my office is flooded, it's scary. It is still raining. It's supposed to stop today but it will continue tomorrow, maybe as snow or a mix.

It's only 38F out but I am freezing.

That would be plus 3 in celsius, NoCake. We would love to see that temp. Come Friday and Saturday the wind chill will make it feel like -21 C or -6 F

I had a cute doc but he could barely speak english.

Dug out the old divorce mediation papers. Already have a headache and haven't even begun the process of getting them "updated". I hope this is a kind of hidden sign from God that better things are coming this year
