That it's cool out. FINALLY. A cool, grey day. It may even rain. I've not been this happy about weather in awhile. I hope we get a good solid rain for all the babies in the garden.

This is gonna sound really fat but.... food.

I am thankful for ...... having the house to myself tonight ...... maybe I will dance around naked and eat chocolate. And cut my own hair. Hmmm.

I am thankful for my nice coworker I worked with last night. I could relax around her.

That I have very special wonderful friends to get together with & who are caring 100% & who I can care about 100%.....it's such a different experience...but thankful to God that he has put me where I am after the 53 years of living in a miserable environment even though I had every THING I could want......I finally love & enjoy my life & the wonderful people who are in it.......took moving 2100 miles away to a place where I didn't know anyone to get to this place......I am so thankful for God's miracle.

I'm thankful that because of this site and things I've read from other posters, that when my bf started to go into his frustration/rage/raw emotion place this morning over something he'd been ruminating on for 3 days (unknown to me) I was able to diffuse it...may not work everytime, but it was a relief it worked this time. He's still upset and when I get home, I may still have work to do. I just hope I can keep my own BP emotions controlled if he's still in that place. Thank you everyone!
