Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

I feel pretty good, except the lack of work is making me stir crazy and bored.

the mice are on the increase again....

I'm feeling better overall and almost ready to come out and play again.

I feel like I have to hit up the taco with extra cheese.

I got something straight and I know my instinct were good on a subject. I know I am not being too sensitive and know what tactics were used to steer around a subject. Distractors . I think, is what has been consistent with Buddy. Buddy will steer around a subject he is uncomfortable about and deny that truth. But I know he waste my time by using distraction. So, not as upset today, hope this continues.

Exhausted and frustrated... been doing so well lately- a crappy day is disheartening...

Less stressed when I am not at work...go figure lol

So tired! The last few days have been very long and it's finally catching up with me. Stressed about the weekend though because things are still not organised and may not be. These people swear up and down that they are working for the best interests of children yet they can't even organise for my son to attend a local event which we have never missed. Apparently 3 weeks notice is not enough for these people.

I am feeling ok, Have dentist today though start of my crowns.

Really nervous. Thinking about calling my father (who is also my and my sister's abuser) and confronting him to get some answers.

whatever- so... how do i feel is being asked.... out of it.. trying not to let the stress get the best of me.... we will see how that goes as always

I am sluggish, in spite of getting 7 hours of sleep which is a lot for me during the week.

with mu depression I am always a litle depressed but less so today.

I'm feeling anxious and stressed for no apparent reason.

anxious, mildly but persistent, disappointed in myself for lack of productivity so far on days off, not wanting to disappoint supportive grown kids one of whom is living in the house now temp. and could use the me that does do housework (I really seem to have left her somewhere I just can't find her)---especially right now as he is feeling rightly sad over the loss of the future he so recently had before him, know he will be ok though and that is a comfort. very unhappy that the day is chilly and grey.

Restless and irritable, but overall life is going well.

Thanks to an Ativan, I feel very calm this evening. Wish I could take one of those everyday.

I am feeling good today it is the best that I have felt in sometime
Had to cancel my appointment at the dentist though as my daughter went into a migraine attack so I couldn't get there.

I'm a little down but not as bad as it has been. My finger still aches. But it's Friday so it's not too bad!

Thoroughly irritated, and the day's not even halfway through yet. Brilliant.

Almost too focused today... I'm in Codeland
