have been feeling much better today than yesterday but still "skiddish" a little with things... but it will be ok

dizzy... the world hasn't stopped spinning for most of the afternoon

Tired and sick to my stomach. I keep burping and it is exactly like sulfur.

overslept and cant seem to wake up...but i am smiling. Looking forward to maybe going away this weekend. See how the weather goes

I am starting over!

I feel pretty good. I am a little stressed about (yet more) paperwork, but I can get that done over the weekend. I am enjoying the sunshine before the snowstorm.

sick. tired. overstimulated. miserable. overwhelmed...

Sad. Super sad...

Every parents worse nightmare has come true for me today

saw my therapist today and tax return came in this morning

Adrift without a group. Unsure what people mean or where to go. Don't know what to say or how to help. Afraid I'm being made fun of. Keep eating all kinds of stuff.

Things have been really good lately- I'm engaged!
But I'm so used to everything in my life screwing up and never being happy or having what I want that I feel like a part of me is just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Hopefully it won't and this feeling will go away. In the meantime I'm just trying to ignore it and focus on the fact that my life finally seems to be getting better and moving in the right direction.

Restless.

Tired after waking up at 4AM to get my girls off to the airport for a morning flight. I took my meds, which tend to make me sleep, so we will see if I actually allow myself to sleep or not.

I feel very happy to know a good friend is back.
