Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

Grateful the storms yesterday passed out little homestead!!!! Many folks were not as lucky!!!

Grateful that the waters are subsiding in the nearby rivers and creeks. I'm tired but ok, not in a wonderful mood, but just mediocre.

I'm profoundly bored. Still exhausted as well because yet again I did not sleep last night.

Got a bad headache today. It's very windy and cold. Work was a bit disrupted with people out sick and voluteers substituting but we got through it. Very windy and cold. We just got plowed out from the snow storm, but it's still drifting from the wind.

Do you have anything to help you relax? Anything from mood music to a prescription relaxant like Ativan maybe? Deep breathing? Exercise? Tea?

Just got out of bed. Feeling rested and relieved I don't have to work tonight. Maybe I'll make a pot of soup and watch some DVDs.

Had my first session with new T today and it went well
Finish with current T tomorrow, Going to try and not get upset

Despite still not sleeping through the night, I've been in a really good mood today. I'm scared, however, that it will be going down with the sun....

Today has been far too long and stressful already and it's only 1:30pm here!
Going to make a chocolate cake with peppermint crisp through it now and hope my day improves!

oh hum... ok i guess.

the storm is a brewing again-- and I am trying to stay grounded firmly on the ground.... I thought I handled the news stress good today from work, but unfortunately my left arm started to really shake earlier and it goes off and on... perhaps nerves? perhaps I am not handling as well as I thought?

I just-- I FEEL the blow coming at work, the thing with being at the same place with relatively the same personnel in power for years on end, is that I do observe traits... seems like every Feb- March poop hits the fan with things... I will try very hard this year to take what I have learned from the previous years and to apply them to the now.

My moods seem to be in check but today I will encounter my ex, her sister, AND my mother in law who NERVER liked me in the first place.
But I do get to see my daughter sing in the choir for Grandparents day...and I love my baby girl so whatever I have to endure for her is worth it!

I'm nauseous and tired, but otherwise in an ok mood.

I actually got some sleep last night, so I'm feeling much better overall. Isn't it amazing how much better you feel when your body finally decides to do what it needs to do in order to function optimally?

I'm sleepy, I did not get enough sleep but it was my own doing: I got out of bed with my mining light and went to my reading chair to read, I was up reading until 3am and fell asleep there...well I'm stiff and tired but it was well worth it!

Well rested and today is payday. Some stresses are relieved for another two weeks

Had my final session with my T this morning went well considering I had no sleep but I think now it is starting to sink in so I am feeling a little sad

I do need to accept that it has finished and start afresh with my new T now

fat and repulsive and very cold too.

I'm feeling really heavy today. Even reading a book is becoming difficult but I have to fight it.

I feel like a bottle of joy, woot.

I feel mentally confused, as if there is seizure activity in the brain. Maybe I should lie down.

I'm kind of bummed. My boyfriend and I were going to go out this weekend, like we usually do, but (his) work got suddenly very busy and important, so he has to be "on call" all weekend. We were going to go to the bird store to get more food and treats for our parrot, Loki, and now we have to put it off until next week. I have to run to the supermarket and pick up some nuts or something he can have, but he loves his figs the most, and I prefer the ones from one of the bird stores we go to because I can get a big tub of them. I only have one fig left for him, and today is "Fig Day," so that'll be all until I get more.

Also, I have been eagerly awaiting this weekend since last weekend. I have just needed to get out, even though I just got out last weekend. I was going to try to talk my boyfriend into going to the Godiva store. And I want to go to a Barnes & Noble. That last one might happen (more likely, it would be the Books-a-Million store that's closer, but I prefer B&N, even though I think B&N also owns BAM!), but not likely.

I jut dont know. Very confusing, lots of ups and downs, Lots of regrets and forbeboding. Ugh..hate it when i wake up this way! Grr!
