I used to spend and not think about it at all: everything on my list was a necessity. The simplest things are "luxuries" for me now...I have a deficiency in my basic needs (I am always worried about shelter, food and safety), so I hardly ever feel good. Overspending sends me into a panic. BUT:
What I wouldn't give for a whole day at the spa.
A mani/pedi every other week.
New Clothes / Shoes every month.
And a few dollars still in my pocketbook between paychecks.

I need a big steak and some lobster with melted butter, and maybe a shrimp cocktail and a salad with lots of ranch dressing. Looking forward to being in Athens, Georgia for the good restaurants there

This video is a beautiful two hours of relaxation music that I just found. I find iti is great back ground music for when I just want to feel calm.
