I hate living on this island. I wish I were on the mainland with the rest of the country and the cost of living was cheaper. This island is barely holding on to a sustainable economy. It is no wonder all of the talent leaves here and goes to the mainland. I just wish I had the money to make the move.

I got my walk done, about 4 miles in 81 minutes. Still a few puddles but the road is getting better.

Bumper replacement on a 2013 Toyota Prius , after being hit when the light turned green and I thought he was going and didn't, is approximately $750.
The driver and I saw no damage to it at the time...he had said were it not a company car, he would have just driven away.
So thank you ever so much, large pharmaceutical company who employs this man!!
Now come up with some antidepressent I can take w/out my head spinning around like something from the Exorcist and I might hate you less.

Work load just became suspiciously low.
We have a new manager who is a "company boy" and he is doing craft work....gonna have to get his ***** a green sheet (not that the local Union will do a damn thing about it).
Anyway, weather is taking a turn for the warm, sunny, warm better

I hate having to wear my headphones all the time simply because I live in suburbia & people are apparently too stupid to control their animals & children.

Read this status today and it made me laugh: Got pulled over the other day. When the cop started to write me a a ticket I asked him if he was giving me a free ticket to the Policeman's Ball. He said policemen have no balls. He flipped his pad and walked away!

Back to work after two days off. Hard to get bad in work mode

Today was a day w/o much sleep but its just cause of my crazy schedule, nothing else, and got the same thing going on tomorrow. What is that Bon Jovi song say "gonna live while I'm alive, I'll sleep when I'm dead" ? Sleep is (somewhat) overrated.

Well I had a funny thing happen to me. And this goes to show that you should always ask for the name of the person you're talking to when calling a business. I called a restaurant to ask what the special for the day was. Before I hung up, I was like, thank you very much ma'am...sir...ma'am...sir...what's your name? MICHAEL. I definitely should have asked for his name before that LOL

Today things were already behind at work when I got there. It ran behind all day. Then I had class after work and then a meeting. It's been a busy day and I'm tired. I really didn't want to go anywhere tonight.
