I've had my coffee, and it's Friday. So things are definitely lookin up.

coffee is the best it is my favorite thing. my second favorite thing right now is microwave popcorn (probably not with coffee though)

why do i feel the need to keep up this happy facade even though it's exhausting?

I had a spinach banana berry smoothie and went for a mile and a half walk. I feel better than I did earlier. Never too late to improve the day I guess.

my cardio stress test reminded me of the wonderful feeling endorphins give, released into the blood. kissing releases endorphins also. Have a bright weekend.

Ok Ok yes I know, eat healthier.. And I have been making fruit smoothies the last two days.... but I just wanted a little snack just a moment ago, i had not had a snickers bar in so long..... and I guess I remember why now, as I sit here in pain with my teeth.....

I never would had dreamed this pain, and it all over on the top parts of my mouth/both sides of the molers (sp?) sorry...

they say behavioral activation lifts up your mood... but i don't feel elevated after i do something that's supposed to be fun.

am i the odd one out because even after a day out with friends that i really love... i come home to sadness, pain, guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness and never ending crying spells.

Story time? I worked a couple of summers at an auto auction. Huge place. The lot where cars were stored and set up for driving through the auction bays must have been 30 acres or more. Out on the lot we communicated by walkie-talkie. There was an area called the perimeter. A friend had to go out there to check something. He radioed back that he was on the perimeter. I responded with out here on the perimeter there are no stars... he responded with the next line. We got through a verse before being told to stop but I could hear and see people who got it were laughing. One of those golden moments. Sorry... feeling chatty

sometimes i feel like this is all a bad dream, that i would go to sleep one day, wake up and feel happy again. like this never happened.

but thats just a fantasy.

It got colder and the road froze again, but the ice is off now. I got a two mile walk in. The first mile was uphill into the wind, but I got it done.
