i want to, first and foremost, warn against the bright blue number. if you go back and examine that outfit, with your magnifying glass and your bifocals, you'll see that it is a train wreck just waiting to happen.

1. it's too tight and short to run successfully in. (and we do mean SUCCESSFULlly, John doesn't want to LOSE any of us)
2. there is a wardrobe malfunction just dying to be "set free" in the breast area.......i mean.......dying to jump out of there!!!!!!
3. unless that cross crossy strappy thing is made out of velcro, ain't no way it's gonna hang in when the going gets tough!!!
4. now, let's line up and fight over who gets to wear it!!!!!!!!!!

in the sombrero section, did everyone miss our waiter? he's going to ride in the chariot with Dec and pass out drinks.

I am wearing the bale of hay for protection against goring...because no matter how far behind...I am like a bull magnet...and with my luck...gezzzz

Now ... that riding along in some sort of carrying device while a waiter serves up drinks sounds.......so good. That way I can wear my sandels and the sari...I like to be comfortable...my fashion statement will be the sombero...wow.

Thank you so kindly for your letter requesting a permit and float numbers for next year's "running of the bulls" in our lovely, lovely (and violent) city.

Our committee found your plans most interesting and, shall I say, a bit scary. Nevertheless, at least 10 minutes was spent studying them and it was very difficult to come to a decision concerning your request.

We voted and the outcome is 10-0 against your lovely, lovely group's participation in our world famous (violent) event. We list our reasoning below.

It's too bad I missed out on all the fun ... too bad, really. Boo - seeing everyone in Spain would have been neat. Next time you need some ideas though, I'm very good with these sorts of things.

I'm in! Or can we sponsor someone to go in our place like guys use to buy their way out of armies? :-) I have a friend in Portugal we can stay with, not too long a commute? I'll have to lose a lot of weight though before then (which the practice running from snarling dog packs should help with) so I can fit into those doorways and nooks and crannies that come up on the sides when they've caught up with one.

The point is that we're going to run behind the bulls, not in front of the bulls. We're going to have unique, (to say the least), outfits and I plan to wear a lot of glitter!

If one of the bulls gets confused and turns around and chases us, we plan a full and fast retreat. Mojo is wearing a bail of hay just for protection purposes.
