well, its weird coz these past days seems like turning me into a ******. sometimes i rant about things or someone, then fight, and make everything worse. i dont remember why i did and what caused me doing that and now i'm feeling guilty of all the things that i've done. but sometimes i feel really excited and happy doing that and i want to bash more people. and now i'm making apologies and then break them again and again. i'm confused. i always talk and scold myself how stupid i am doing that. fdwefnpoefjioeawjfipongiwrgundfaisf... sorry about that. i wanna stop but i cant. i've been a good friend all these years and i think i'm now hated by people. wtf!

Welcome to PC...

The forums as well as other recources on this site can be a good start...most importantly you probably need some help professionally to start getting a handle on this...

Post when you can...

For me, I think that whether or not a person has a disorder depends on whether the person is distressed by their symptoms, or whether the symptoms cause a problem for the person, or sometimes for others around them. I don't know what your symptoms are, or what specific trouble they are causing you, but it does sound like it is bothering you, since sometimes you feel guilty and confused. I think it is significant that you want to stop and can't too. From the little that you wrote, it sounds like a problem that you might want to get help for. I hope that you do get some help, and that you are able to be in control of your life and be the person you want to be.
