Hi Sleeps,

Well, I wish you could see your T too. I don't know a good way to fix that. I'm sorry things are so hard, Sleeps. I guess if you aren't comfortable with emailing him or phoning him because those things are unreliable, what about writing a journal entry to him, as if he were there with you right now? Sometimes I do that when I can't see my counselor. Of course, it's not the same as seeing him, but sometimes it helps when I can't have a session. He travels quite a lot and sometimes I have to come up with creative solutions when we can't meet. I just sit there with pen and paper, and write and write. I also sometimes write an email as if I am going to send it to him, and then either send it to myself, or erase it at the end. That sometimes helps too. Sometimes it helps just to write it down somewhere, at least for me, even if it's not the same as having a session.

I'm sorry you can't see your T right now, because I know that's what would be best. But I hope you can find some other things that might help, at least a little bit, in the meantime.

And your friends here are thinking of you. I'm thinking of you, and clearly many others are here at PC. Maybe that will help some too.
