Far too much LMO I think it would put many on their knees ...or laying flat on the ground. Thanks LandD ...most days to everyday I do exercise a good hour or so and so much more but I was so lazy today ...but a pat on my back I shall do and thanks as you do have the correct way to look at it...I could have done zip..I will just not be so lazy tomorrow

I think that it help to reinforce good behavior, much more than punish bad behavior - natural consequeces tend to do that anyways. Not that I live that thought though. TC.

I have been thinking on IF it works out and I say bye to T...It will be hard but in a huge way I have said goodbye for a long time cause of the cash and not being able to see him anyhow...Its far worse than any wound I have had..its a soul wound so goodbye was kinda unofficially said ....cause of...cash
