((((((((((Wiki))))))))))

For once, I don't have T on Tuesday; I have it Wednesday and Friday this week.

H made it through his first night; proclaimed it long, and is now asleep. I didn't sleep well, falling asleep on the couch, waking up at 2, fell back to sleep at 4, alarm going off since 8:15. I need to get up and face the day even though it is tempting to fall asleep and stay with H.

I see my T tomorrow. Boo.

Well i don't know if this is a preferred way of resetting my sleep schedule... I went to bed early, woke up a bit after 9:30 a.m - but from a freakin nightmare. ugh. @_@ i just wanna go back to sleep but my anxiety creeps into my dreams and scares me there too.

*hugs wiki* hope all goes well for you <3

wiki--sending you prayers and loving thoughts., and hugs.

Question, but for women Ts only: What kind, if any, makeup they are wearing? Or has this been covered already? For male Ts: clean shaven, stubble? beard? Take it or leave it. The question, I mean.

Good luck with T today. Tuesday people! Mine is in 5 1/2 hours and I'm getting panicky because of the SE and touching.

Hi, granite You want pocket riders? I'll come and whisper "you're doing great"!

Hi, rainbow_rose

Sorry you didn't sleep, Sconnie

I hope your apt went well, apt.

If I can manage to look over at her face for longer than half a second, then sure! I usually have a hard time with eye contact so I avoid it all together by just staring past her. Thankfully she doesn't mind!

Makeup? Hmm. I don't think she had any on last night, but not sure, cuz I wasn't really seeing her with 'eye'sight last night, I was seeing her with 'heart'sight instead, it being our last appointment before she moves. I'ma miss her so much. But, I got another hug last night when we said goodbye and I told her to be safe. I am so blessed.

I wrote this Nonet poem about my T and read it to her last night. Thought I'd share it with you guys too. (A nonet is a poetry form with 9 lines, starting with a 9 syllable line going down to a one syllable line. I'm playing around with different poetry forms and it's fun!)

"A View From The Heart"

Quiet strength inside a caring heart
wisdom sparkling in her eyes
an ancient soul filled with light
This is what my heart sees.
(Heart-vision of course
being the best
with which to
see what's
real.)
Thanks for this!

whilst I'm sharing, here's a haiku I wrote yesterday still inspired by the haiku here on the couch the other day

whispers of winter
blowing through the autumn air
eloquence in sighs
Thanks for this!

XD I've looked at her forehead before but I can't hold it for long, especially if I'm talking about something difficult. I tend to be sitting cross legged in this weird perma-recliner chair thing she has, leaning forward and rocking back n forth a bit while talking. I must look so weird!

I want to do my T Tuesday again. Not so much a do-over as a continuation. No Thu appt this week so I have to wait until next Tuesday (yes, I know it's a total luxury to get twice-weekly so I should not complain). Thing is, by then I may have worked myself into a total panic to the point where I decide to cancel. In fact, I'm tempted to txt and cancel now.

[edited to add: yikes, lots of posts while I was composing this - but it took me about an hour because I had visitors in the office]

T is clean shaven, and I didn't notice any stubble - I sometimes do.

You can make it Apt! Just distract yourself from those thoughts, go listen to music or read a book or something. Take a little break for yourself. ♥

Oh, and quirk about T? She says some words/sounds funny and has a bit of a speech problem herself, just mild. It makes her sound kinda cute to me. :P

Thanks Sila! I have to make pictures with words cuz I can't even draw a straight line let alone a picture! LOL I've attempted to sketch a couple of the sand trays that I've done in therapy, and my sketches are soooooo bad I don't even know what I was trying to draw when I look at them later. I do much better writing a description of the sand tray, I can re-create them in living color in my mind from what I write. Not so when I just attempt a drawing. I experimented LOL Have you seen granite's posts about zentangle? That sounds so interesting and I bet you'd be good at that if you like to draw.

Hurrah for haiku. Apt - you started something.

Sconnie - good to send the letter. Those are the sorts of reasons I do not go to mds.
Thanks for this!

I love when T has some stubble, it feels like I'm kissing my dad's cheek when he came home from work. It was my "job" to greet him. T has my dad's hands and arms too. Now if only I could get him to wear a sleeveless undershirt and suspenders during session...!

I skipped physical therapy this morning. I'M TOO TIRED! I kept waking up all night last night, like every two hours too. So I am gonna go do some chores before T this afternoon.
