Aww, thanks.

I dunno. I kinda started to feel weird about posting it. I was really thrilled, and I knew my couch peeps would be supportive.

I guess it hit me that the whole world could read it - and would be somewhat identifying to some of my RL stalkers and others who maybe aren't so supportive of me - and that scared me.

That's how I was last night....Tossed and turned for hours....was in bed off and on for about 4-5 hours, of which I slept maybe 1-2.

I hope you end up finding a way to fall asleep. I am going to try to head to bed now....hoping to figure out a way to lull myself into a nice sleep.

My T has these really sexy laugh lines around his eyes. I have not really noticed worry lines. I'll look tomorrow.

Healed - I hope you can get some sleep soon.
My melatonin is kicking in. Time for me to sign off for the night.

I like questions that make you sneak a peek at their face, but if it's totally impossible I understand. In that case...are there scuffs on their shoes (or slippers in Apt's case)
Well my t is 60-ish so she has those lines but I think of them as experience lines and/or laugh lines - not worry lines.

I have my first phone session tomorrow morning been 2 weeks since my last face to face. Ding dang it I miss her. sigh.

I'm sorry, Sila. That's pretty dreadful.

Buns, yes, absolutely! Mmmm. Cinnamon buns.

Lola, I'm not too keen on the idea of going to T either. It's been a tough weekend and I need to tell him about something rather immature I did that rather torments me. And I worry that he'll tell me it's not worth discussing. (He's NEVER said that, though I have worried about it many times.) So let's both go. You'll have an Apteryx in your pocket if you want. And I shall look for worry lines.

Good idea CE. I should save up all my stale bread next time and go to the park again. I used to do it a lot as a kid.

I found the kitty in 8 seconds. Not too bad considering how useless and shut down my brain has been the last few weeks.

Well, I found the kitty but I've seen the picture before so I don't remember how long it took... it took me more than 8 seconds, I'm sure!

And I would like to add that my T is awesome. Awesome.

Oh, and I forgot to say that I didn't see any worry lines - T uses his eyebrows a lot, but doesn't frown much, I think. Not that I've noticed, anyway. I managed a lot of eye contact today despite terrible embarrassment at first.

Kitty...where is the damn kitty? I give up...stupid seek and finds...grrrr

Healed...the singulair and also albuteral can make you fidgety and restless. Sorry, I missed the asthma part. That's pretty scary to deal with. Do you take Vit D supplements? Omega 3's? Those compliment the rx your doc gave. There is a tea out by Traditional Medicinal's called Breathe Easy that my son says helps him. Also, an herb called Butterbur (sp?). And avoid dairy when you're symptomatic. It's good to keep a food diary too, so you can see if certain foods bring on symptoms.

I have an aspie friend, and I totally adore him. I have learned not to tease him too much, but I always say "Hal, this is going to be a joke, ok?" He is the sweetest guy, and so bright. He never married and doesn't date often, so we are always trying to fix him up with someone.

Apt...so glad your T is awesome! Good sessions rock!

I have a treatment today. It's kind of nice being here so I don't have to make the 2hr drive. I am hoping to be discharged today. I feel stronger...but who knows what the treatment will do to me. I don't have my bag of distractions with me though. The docs think that this will be the one that reduces my pain. Here's hoping.

Good morning, couch peeps!

(( wiki )) - Hope your treatment goes well and that it helps reduce the pain.

I still have a migraine. No fun. But my daughter is off to school and I don't have to go to work, so I am going to try to get some things done while working on alleviating this migraine.

I have group T tonight - then meeting with my comedy peeps afterwards. Hoping I feel better by then.

Have a good day, my friends!

(((Wiki)))) I hope your pain lessens as the doctors predict. We can be your distraction bag today. Your bag is filled with all the couch peeps.

Hello everyone. It's T Tuesday. Lola, did you hear that? It's T Tuesday. Go to T today.
Thanks for this!

Sorry, CE, not Aspie, but still a lot like you.

Have our re-org meeting today at work. Arg. I'm nervous already. I don't want to be a GHM, but alas.

T Tuesday. Eh.

I feel lackadaisical today. Only got 8.5 hours of sleep. I need 10 on the Trazodone. H was tired. He got off work at 7 and he's already fast asleep!

Everyone have a great day!
