T called 10 minutes before I was going to go take a nap. She seriously has good timing...2nd time she's called at the perfect moment- last time was right as I was about to head into the Dr's office for a follow up and was anxious beyond belief.

Bf is getting new computer set up (it's his grandma's old computer, she gave it to him since she got a laptop), think I can take a nap now~

Tc everyone, and grats to wiki granite lola and cho for everything~
's anyone she missed who likes hugs..

Hey Healed...how is the asthma going? I was diagnosed with it 2 years ago but it only seems to flare up when I'm sick...which I am so I had to go back to the dr and get my hand slapped because I hadn't come back in over a year.

Well, the inhaler really helped me today.. So, that is good. I suspect mine is much like yours, it will act up when I am sick or during peak allergy seasons. Oh.. and sometimes when I excersize.

RTS-I love Panera. They opened one in a town not too far from me in the summer, prior to that..the closest was 30 minutes away. I love it!

I use a nebulizer when things get bad (along with an inhaler) but I can't use albuteral in my nebulizer or I am bouncing off walls like I drank 100 cups of coffee... I have to use zopenex.

Panera would be good right about now. The nearest one is 40 minutes away. I abandoned my dinner making. I am too anxious to eat. So I had a glass of wine instead.

I think you know you spend too much time on Psych Central when you sign a document with your psych central name instead of your actual name. Ahhh Only me. LOL.
