Back from T. It was a good session, a bit of light hearted laughter and teasing during parts of it (like how I'm always breaking the clips off a pencil when i'm in there with her. every - single - time), but a lot of good advice and suggestions too. Talked about the weekend with my bf's family, and how it went over smoothly for the most part.. Talked about black friday shopping, me facing my fears almost to an extreme, grounding tips while reading a triggering book...etc.

I couldn't look at her face for long- her eyes are intimidating for me almost because she has an intense gaze. Not intentionally, but it's just how I perceive things. She has some worry lines on her forehead, but nothing around her eye brows. Wearing some kind of slipper-like shoe. Looked comfy.

Yeah..I was feeling sick to my stomach almost from feeling so anxious. I tried some grounding things while I was waiting, it didn't help a whole lot but once I got in there her smile and voice helped me relax enough.

Isn't funny how the imagined is worse than how it actually turns out...

It always is. That's something that I've struggled with for so long. I build up all the anxiety before hand and worry myself sick and when I get there it's not so bad usually.

Yeah I realized I did that to so I've really been working on my self talk when I notice myself doing it...its getting better

I need a new idea for my hair too. Right now it's short but it's got an 80s look to it. I'm 21, I do'nt wanna look like i came from the 80s! lol. Nothing wrong about those who do, i just wanna look young while i can XD

lol that is some of what my T was talking to me about .i am going to doc on monday because i have not been taking my meds and my gluecose is completely out of controle and i dont want to deal with it at all

poop thats all i can say.

I don't like to admit that I need daily medication... I don't understand it I take care to give my son his daily medication and to learn to take care of himself but I don't do it for me... somehow I think it makes me weak...

so I don't take the medicine to keep it in check and then I just end up having to go to dr when things get really bad... I always tell myself I will do better this time...maybe this is this time...
