lol the butter needed to be in the fridge. i have gotten my levels consistantly under 200 and that is good for me .cant seem to get it lower then 150 fasting ever

I'm glad I'm getting exposure to some awesome attorneys here....as my former boss is an attorney and he was terribly abusive to me. I walked on eggshells for a loooong time before I had a total meltdown and told him that I felt abused by him. Seeing his name brings sheer terror to me.
He's also a priest. Go figure.

I use coconut oil some - but it does add a coconut flavor to things.
I keep a stick of butter out on the counter all the time so it is soft. |

Cheeseburger? Hmm. I would've thought something along the lines of a hot dog...or better yet, cucumber.

ha...yea, well....
I keep my butter on the counter too. H likes it soft for toast, and it's cool here, never hot enough to turn it. I have some unsalted in the fridge for baking, sometimes H likes that on veggies.
