my morning so far has been ruled by #femaleproblems. Not fun. Worst in months. Finally found some aspirin. T later today.

My first T was insanely good at the wrap-up. He used to consolidate and make sense of what had felt like a bunch of nonsensical garbage. He was primarily CBT.

I would wonder why she is getting so upset about it. Is this something she has done, or wants to do herself?? Or someone else in her life is telling her, therefore they are not available to her?

MUE - I don't think there is anything you have to respond to. If someone else gets upset about decisions I make about my life that have nothing to do with them, it is their problem, not mine.

((fixated)) I do not miss womanhood problems. Ick.

Pbutton...it really leaves me clear minded. I like it much better than the foggy headed dissociated t exits...lol. Safer for other driver as well!

Granite, I'm a messy baker, too, but I clean up after myself.

Wiki, I like how your T ends sessions. I wish mine would do that. Instead, he tends to finish with his perception of something I've said. He always wants me to leave with something to think about, usually differently than I have. Sounds good in theory, but there have been more than a few times that it started tears flowing 3 minutes before the end of the session. I'm not fond of walking out of the office with tears streaming down my face. The last time i did it, I ran into the letter carrier on the way out, who seemed to want to converse. Yeah, not happening.

Oh, and to answer the question - on the yellow line in the middle of a country road.

When I make bread, I just go ahead and throw a quarter of a cup to half a cup of flour on the floor.

I know it's going to end up there anyway. Usually flour even ends up on my black dog. It's her own fault though, she's always eager to help (translation: under my feet begging for food).

Yea granite...your H isn't the worst. Sorry, no wiki points. I would indeed have a giant conniption if that were my counter top though, but I do make a huge mess when baking. I just enjoy cleaning the mess a bit too much...lol.

Granite, that's a beautiful board! Did your H make that too? Plus I'm drooling over the butter. I cannot keep butter In my house. I went low carb for a week and got my blood sugar under 100. I meet with the diabetes educators next Friday. I am ready, for once.

I did not have a case in front of that judge (that would be the unethical line for me). It was with the judge's law clerk. Judge was around.

I can't say it will turn out to be the thing that "saves" my marriage, but it certainly serves to remind me WHY I am still working so hard on saving this relationship.
