AYE about Granite calling her T NOW before she gets triggered as the weekend is coming and it will be a very L O N G weekend for Granite with not being reassured that her T does not think badly of her. It may feel fine now, but close of day Friday it will get hard. Murphy's Law: We always need T more on the weekends when they are unavailable. Pre-emptive Strike granite. That's my advice. But I love you no matter what.

And my T was painful. Depressing. I am in a hole, so I am going to try and sleep it off. I hate when t makes me look at reality. Reality sux. And I dislike 45 min sessions. They are far shorter than I thought they would be.

Reality hurts. I'm sorry you're in this place. Sleep sounds good, but please try to also find something to do for you. Inaction does tend to create a deeper hole to get out of, so I try to push myself to do something - anything - even when it's the last thing I feel like doing.

Feeling yucky right now. So incredibly exhausted. Mom's home from the hospital...and it's been NON STOP since she got home yesterday....between pharmacy runs, phone calls, paperwork, taking her to get the IV treatments, in-home nurse stuff, my daughter, running back and forth between two houses....and not getting much sleep last night cuz I woke up with a horrific migraine....ACK!

I see T in less than a half hour and I DON'T WANT TO.....I am feeling SO nauseous and icky since group T.....

....and just now, I read on my group T blog a post to me from one of the guys that has struggled to make a connection with me....and he is ticked off at me for calling him out the other night....

When the one person disclosed her SA....she got some feedback...and then there was silence...and I was panicking...because I know that the LAST thing I want to hear when I share something so vulnerable is silence.....and when my T called me out on it, he asked me what I was feeling. I said I was agitated because of the silence. He asked me if there was anyone in particular that would be directed to...and I named two people (the ones who were silent - the others spoke already - they were the only two that said nothing)....So now one of the two I mentioned is pissed at me - saying that it's times like this when he realizes why he has no connection with me. Obviously, because I'm an arsehole (my words, not his, but still).

I feel sick.

S**t, T cancelled 3 hrs before session. I really needed that like a hole in the head. Receptionist didn't offer another session. I can make it to next session...I'm BRAVE, remember?

Sorry Chopin99 it always stinks when T's have to cancel an appointment. Hope things go ok so you can make it to your next appointment.

I am currently trying to induce vomitting in my dog. He ate about 5 peices of chocolate and the vet things it would be safe than sorry if he threw it all up. Oh- and he just did, all over my front porch.. yuck!! I don't know how I am going to clean that up!!!

Is the next session free since she cancelled with less then 24 hours notice.

Yeah, apparently she's sick. I wouldn't be able to see her anyway except my regular session next week. Too busy w/work.
